When I was a kid,I joined the school football team.When we won a game,we would shout,“Lions!Lions!Lions!”In other words,we would shout their name three times,in this case using“Lions”to represent the pther team.The point is that we showed them respect.They had entered into competition and lost ,but that did not make them second-class citizens.
Undortunately,things have changed.If studends get a “B”,they are considered not to have done a bad job.However,the reward goes to the student who obtains an “A minus”and above.That magic “top letter”is the only recognizable success mark.In some cases,that excellent effort yielding a “B”is actually seen as failure.I think that is why competition,as a good learning process,begins to get questioned.
Competition is not wrong or negative.People who try to achieve the best of their ability should be rewarded with a dignified response.
The argument is made that we shouldn't expose students to the rigors of competition until they are adults and can handle it.The problem with thinking that way is that we fail to prepect them for handling issues when they are adults.
It isn't the rigors of competition that we need to keep students from.What we should and can protect them from,until they are adults,are unfair reactions if they fail to win.

1：你的ACL里只有禁止，竟然没有允许 。。。。这样的策略。。等于是什么都不允许。。。这样是不对的。如果是禁止内网互访的话，先在前面禁止明细，在后最加一条允许所有。。
2、你这是个普通交换机，只负责接入，与上网无关，做不到其他功能。上网的话，需要路由器一类的设备来支持，同时你的网络中有汇聚交换机吗？
3、你没有拓扑、没有完整的其设备的配置。。无办法给你更多提示。。
