  杨式已经拥有170多年的历史,它是太极拳里主要流派之一,其柔和缓慢、舒展大方,速度缓匀,刚柔内含是杨式太极拳的主要特点。那么下面小编就为你介绍一下关于杨式27式太极拳。
  杨式太极拳
  杨式太极拳拳架舒展优美、身法中正、动作和顺、平正扑实、由松入柔、刚柔相济,一气呵成,犹如湖中泛舟轻灵沉着兼而有之。练法简洁,深受一般大众的喜爱,故而流传最广。
  杨式太极拳动作要求如长江大河,滔滔不绝。此动作之完成,乃下一动作开端,绵延相续。心法上亦要求一气呵成。
  立身中正安舒
  早在二十世纪三十年代,杨澄甫先生就提出&太极拳说十要&。
  主要是对身法的要求。&立身中正安舒&尤以杨氏太极拳最为见长。
  它包括了两个方面的内容:一是练功时身法要正,大部分动作都要使上中下三个穴位〔即百会穴,会阴穴,涌泉穴〕基本上能保持上下垂直中正不偏,形成一个重力垂直线,身体不能前俯后仰。二是尾闾要保持中正,从大椎穴到尾闾部位〔长强穴〕要保持脊椎的放松垂直,形成上下对拉拔长,而且尾闾要像船舵一样指引航向。在身心放松的情况下,做到了以上两个方面,能体现立身中正安舒的特点。
  杨式太极拳的这一特点,不少名家都有见教。杨澄甫的高足汪永泉先生形象的把人体喻为一口古钟:钟蒂为颈项,钟顶为肩圈,钟身为腰圈,钟囗为胯圈,中心垂直线为钟绳,钟锤系于中心垂直线下端,即所谓铜钟五个点,十分强调立身中正。
  杨式太极拳名家李迪先生在自己客厅挂着一副对联,其上联便是&端正身法脊竖起&也是强调身法中正安舒。
  拳架开展大方
  杨式太极拳在拳架上的独特风格是开展大方。只有开展大方才有助于肢体上下左右的对拉拔长,拳架开展大方要求身体要内外放松,举手投足动手须到位。上下的对拉拔长的典型拳势如&白鹤亮翅&左右对拉拔长的开展大方,衡量拳架动作是否到位,是否开展大方,是一个重要标准。
  动作松柔缓慢
  万人练习太极这是杨式太极拳最突出特点之一,也是杨式太极拳名杨海内外的最主要原因。杨露禅三下河南陈家沟向陈长兴学习拳艺多年后自成一派。杨式太极拳拳架中没有像陈氏太极拳的弹抖,跳跃,震脚等明显的刚猛发力动作,形成了自己的大松大柔的独特风格。这是增加功力由松入柔,运柔成刚的独特练法。也是老少咸宜的强身健体之法。据说杨澄甫教拳授徒,强调最多的也是一个松字,他常说:&松!松!松!我不跟你说,三辈子也学不到。&他看弟子练拳半天可以不说一句话,但一个松字有时他要说几十次。这种大松大柔,绵里藏针的行拳走架风格,也符合中国道教鼻祖老子柔弱胜于刚强,无为而治的哲学思想。
  行动速度均匀
  有的太极拳门派强调快慢相间发力刚猛,而杨式太极拳则强调慢,柔,而且特别强调速度要均匀。忌讳动作时快时慢,架子忽高忽低。速度均匀既包括从起势到收势整个套路,也包括单式动作手脚运行与配合的速度,还包括了上一动作与下一动作的过度衔接自然协调。一套八十五式传统套路打下来大约需要二十二分钟,下盘功夫好的可以打到四十分钟至一个小时而起势的速度就决定了整个套路的速度。全部套路的速度始终如一。
  &迈步如猫行,运动如抽丝&,要求动作转换时徐徐地倒换重心,轻起轻落,点起点落,快慢始终如一,而不主张&快慢相间&,行功走架,速度均匀,是杨氏太极拳的独到之处,虽然个别动作可以做到稍快一点,但从总体上说好似行云流水。即便是&转身摆莲&和&转身左蹬脚&等动作,也仍然强调速度均匀。
  招式虚实分明
  杨澄甫在《太极拳说十要》一文中,开宗明义的提出太极拳术,以虚实分明为第一要义,把分清虚实摆在头等位置,可见分清虚实对于习练杨氏太极拳之重要。杨氏八十五式太极拳从头到尾,每招每式都要求做到虚实分明,而且绝大多数动作都是一只腿承担大部分体重,当全身重量坐在右腿时,则右腿为实左腿为虚,当全身重量坐在左腿时,则左腿为实右腿为虚,两腿平均承担体重的动作是极个别的,除了起势,云手,右打虎式转回身右蹬脚的过度动作中有短暂的马步外,其余几乎都是一腿虚一腿实!
  而且杨式太极拳中的虚实相互转换,又都是由半虚半实,全虚全实的逐渐转移,比如脚踏地面的由虚变实:前进时脚跟先着地,脚掌脚指依次落地,最后才全部踏实,就像太极图中的阴阳鱼相互消长的情形一样,这种虚实分明的拳架特点,在杨氏太极拳的整个套路中非常突出。

fu”.李小龙、成龙、李连杰,都是大家耳熟能详的功夫电影明星。They know the Kung fu movie stars Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li.而且很多人从功夫电影中也了解到了许多中国武术的元素。Also, many people have learned a lot of elements of Chinese martial arts from the Kung fu movies.但仅凭从电影上看到的那些漂亮招式,是很难了解到中国武术的精髓的。However, it would be hard to understand the essence of the Chinese martial arts merely from those beautiful movements in the movies.李连杰的成名电影《少林寺》,僧人们练习的是少林拳。In the film that made Jet Li famous, “Shaolin Temple”, the monks practice Shaolin boxing.中国武术大致分为拳术和器械术。Chinese martial arts are generally divided into free-hand boxing and armed boxing.器械术,顾名思义是手中有武器的,拳术则是徒手的。Just as the name implies, the armed boxing refers to the boxing with weapons in hands while the free-hand boxing refers to the one without.少林拳,传说是由护卫少林寺的武僧们在长期的练武过程中慢慢积累发展出来的。It is said that Shaolin boxing was accumulated and developed for a long time by the monks who protected the Shaolin Temple.它的套路短小,但动作快速勇猛,有威力逼人的气势。Its movements are short and small, but fast and valorous, and have the forceful and imposing manner.如果说器械术更多地带有攻击性的话,那么拳术则更多地是出于健身、防御的目的。If the armed boxing has more aggressiveness, then the free-hand walking of bears.练习时要表现出熊的沉稳彪悍。While practicing, the steadiness and doughtiness should be displayed.“虎戏”中眼随手动。In the Tiger Exercises, the movement of one’s eyes should be coordinated with one’s hands.反复的虎扑动作表现出老虎威武勇猛的神态。The repeated springs show the tiger’s mighty and valorous looks.而“猿戏”则要模仿猿敏捷灵活的特点:脚步轻灵。The Ape Exercises imitate the ape’s nimble and flexible features with agile footsteps.“鹿戏”的动作模仿鹿,如鹿转头顾尾的姿态,体现鹿的静谧恬然。The movements of the Deer Exercises imitate the posture of the deer when they turn back to look at their tails which shows the quietness and calmness of the deer.“鸟戏”中挥舞双臂,表现出欲展翅凌云之势。In the Bird Exercises, people are shaking their arms, showing the gesture of extending their wings in flight.中国武术中有句话:“内练精气神,外练筋骨皮”。There is a saying in Chinese martial arts, “Internally, spirit and bre externally, bones, muscles and skins are practiced”.要求把内在精气神与外部形体动作紧密结合。So Chinese martial arts require the close combination of the inner spirit and breathing with the outer body movements.像“形意拳”,它的主要套路多是摹仿一些动物的捕食及自卫动作而成。Like “Shape and Thought Boxing”, its main skills and tricks mainly copy the movements of some animals’ preying and self defense.讲究以意领气、以气导力、形意一体。Particular attention is paid to the breathing led by one’s thoughts, the strength guided by the breathing and the organic whole of one’s shape and thoughts.在应敌时要求以意念调动出体内的最大潜能,在触敌前的一瞬间发劲。When striking blows at the enemy, it is required that the utmost potential abilities should be brought into play by the thoughts and strength is burst at the
