长时间的只练胸不练背
会导致胸背力量差距过大
从而引起背疼、肩膀酸疼
容易脖子前伸等情况

还会使脊柱变形，压迫神经

所以大家在追求
大胸肌，粗手臂的同时
也要兼顾背部训练
用超级训练混合组来避免
长期练胸导致的肩背酸痛
