　　广州市二中苏元实验学校是由广州萝岗区政府(开发区管委会)与广州市第二中学联合创建的全日制寄宿的优质民办初中。2011 年苏元学校通过广州市义务教育规范化学校督导验收，并被评为2011 年广州开发区、萝岗区民办教育工作先进单位。
　　学校现有初一6 个班、初二、初三各4 个班共14 个教学班的规模，在校学生共有700人；教职员工70 名，其中专职教师47 人，学校实行全封闭的寄宿制管理，制定了完备的管理制度，实现&教学、生活共保证，习惯、学习互促进&的办学特色。
　　苏元学校首届初三毕业生在2011 年广州市中考中取得喜人成绩，总平均分达到690.87分，其中最高分747 分，700 分以上占学生总人数的46.9%，50%的学生超过二中录取线;提前批上线率为93.88%，提前批率创萝岗区各校历史新高；第一批公费上线率为96.94%，第二批公费上线率为100%。

　　1、招生人数：我校2012年面向各地招收初一新生270 人。
　　2、开放日：4月29日至5 月1日
　　3、报名时间：4月29 日上午8时30分至5 月31 日下午17 时30 分，需带四张近期同款式样小一寸正面免冠彩照、户口簿及其复印件以及小学五、六年级的手册。
　　4、考试时间：小联盟考试。6 月22日上午8：00～11：50进行联合素质检测
　　5、收费：初中学杂费：9000 元/生;住宿费：500元/生;空调费：150元/生。
　　6、奖励：学校对参加五校检测成绩优秀(不含加分)的小学毕业生将实行奖学金制度，1&5 名免三年学费，6&10 名免两年学费，11&15 名免一年学费。1&5 名的学生入学后能在每学年考试成绩保持在全年级前十名的每学年将奖励五千元。
