放弃篮球鞋是不可能的，毕竟阿迪达斯是NBA官方的合作商，负责提供球衣、训练服、周边产品、护具、纪念品等一系列相关产品，所以就更不可能放弃篮球鞋，如果你是阿迪达斯的老板，你希望看到球员们穿着阿迪达斯提供的球衣和系列产品但是穿着耐克的篮球鞋吗？&br&我试着用耐克作为对比解释一下之所以会感觉阿迪达斯越来越不行的原因，主要是以下几个方面（重要性不分先后）：&br&1.定位问题。耐克在很早就确立了高端路线，不断祭出一个又一个的高端系列，例如hyperdunk、zoom kobe、air max lebron等等，跟人们一种“好篮球鞋就是耐克”这种印象，再加上中国人的消费水平也在增加，更多的人能够买得起这些高端球鞋，使得它的市场份额不断扩大。而阿迪达斯在这方面的定位却一直在犹豫，它既有球星签名鞋这类高端产品，同时也希望能够抢占中国二三线城市的中低端产品市场，尽管看似全面，也导致了全面平庸。当然耐克也有中低端鞋款，但是看看价格就知道依然比同级别的产品要高。&br&2.签约球星问题。阿迪达斯在上世纪九十年代末二十一世纪初曾经经历过辉煌：科比、麦蒂、加内特、邓肯、阿里纳斯、比卢普斯等等，但是逐渐消散。科比对阿迪达斯放弃天足而生产面包鞋一直耿耿于怀，在“鹰郡事件”后与阿迪达斯解约；麦蒂在巅峰时期加盟火箭后伤病不断，最终跌下全明星的舞台；加内特出走安踏；阿里纳斯一个“持枪门”让自己的巅峰生涯戛然而止，后来随着伤病泯然众人；比卢普斯四处换队，伤病频发，上场时间大大减少；仅剩邓肯继续扮演着圣城骑兵的领袖。而后来随着霍华德的成长，阿迪达斯的大旗终于有了继任者，但是中锋的球鞋由于其厚重的特性不利于打开市场。真正有所起色是罗斯的成长，而阿迪达斯也把所有的希望寄托给了他，先是一纸过亿的号称运动品牌签约最大号的天价合同续约了罗斯，然后设计的签名鞋、训练鞋、其它个人风格鞋款一双接一双，但是非常不幸，罗斯也倒下了，11-12赛季韧带撕裂宣告直至季后赛结束乃至下赛季全部报销。这种时运不济的遭遇也是一个非常重要的因素。&br&3.科技的不稳定性。对于篮球鞋的科技，我们随口就能叫出“zoom”“air sole”“air max”“flywire”等等，的确耐克的减震、支撑等科技有着极强的延续性，以上的气垫从上世纪乔丹时代开始就沿用至今。而阿迪达斯先是放弃了之前一直使用的adipre+，后来昙花一现的formotion、bounce弹力减震，再加上近两年的alive、puremotion等等，没有任何一项减震科技得到长久使用，对于其原因，恐怕还是由于技术本身不成熟导致。&br&4.营销策略。根据两个品牌的传统，阿迪达斯更原因签约官方联赛或重大赛事，例如NBA、各个国家举办的奥运会、各大足球联赛等等，其官方都是和阿迪达斯签约，我们看到球衣、训练服、护具等等都是有它来提供。而耐克更喜欢和顶级球星签约。耐克的这种策略其实比较划算。没有人会关注每一项运动，而每一项运动最大的观赏性来自顶级球星的表现，那么直接和他们签约既节省了费用又达到了良好的效果。而耐克在网络上、社交平台上等各个方面的营销水准都堪称顶级，这是包括阿迪达斯在内的所有其他运动品牌都难以达到的。&br&5.air jordan。没错，这点非常重要。AJ已经在国内外已经成为了潮人、高档、sneakers的象征，没有一两双AJ都不好意思说自己爱球鞋。耐克依仗乔丹时期辉煌的签名鞋知名度不断进行复刻、复刻再复刻，这已经成为了耐克公司极其重要的吸金手段。而阿迪达斯缺少的就是拿得出手的复古球鞋，我们看到虽然它虽然也在复刻科比时期的天足和麦蒂的球鞋，但是远远无法和air jordan复刻发售时的排队长龙相比。&br&大体就说这些吧，个人感觉这几个因素是比较关键的，如有疏漏欢迎指正补充！
