拆中控，更换暖风水箱作业（有图）
一个月前发现打暖风时有防冻液味道，开始没太注意。过几天味道越来越多，而且挡风玻璃及门窗玻璃上哈气不但吹不掉，而且越吹月严重。
实在忍受不了了，开到修理厂。师傅听我一描述就说:暖风水箱漏了。更换需要一天时间。
约定第二天更换，没想到更换那么复杂，报小高的中控全部拆除了

由于下午要上班，后来拆除、安装工作都没看到（遗憾）
总结：1、没想到换个暖风水箱，要这么大动作，真的很心疼小高。
& && &2、担心小高塑料件老化，容易拆坏。
& && &3、担心后期有异响。
& && &4、担心安装完成后剩下一堆螺丝。
还好后半段我没看到，全当一切OK。
目前已更换一个多月，暖风正常了，就是风道中还有一些残留防冻液，需要慢慢挥发出去，还有一点味道。其他的没发现什么问题。
最后提醒各位高友：不要在烟灰缸上面的面板上放置类似高速票据的东西，很容易就会从盖板的夹缝中掉下去。

关于暖风水箱的作用，微漏要处理吗？漏的防冻液有毒？
2004年的高尔夫4，在中控副驾储物格里的暖风水箱，估计在一年半前就漏了，表现为刚开空调时有股霉尘味，应是防冻液味道。防冻液两个月左右要补充500ml左右！经分析基本确定是暖风水箱问题，鉴于换暖风水箱要拆中控，一直没下手！如果暖风水箱作用不大，可以绕过它直通，就是不用它了，那处理就简单！现就是纠结它的作用，我地处福建西部，现冬天还是有点冷，但不是非要暖风不可！
求教问题一：温度旋钮调到最高温时，热风应是发动机仓的热气，跟暖风水箱有关吗？没有暖风水箱就不会送热风吗？问题二：大家在冬天和夏天除前挡风玻璃的雾气时是要开冷风还是热风？谢谢您的反馈！

暖风就是小水箱的温度,没有小水箱也就没有暖风
夏季除霜开空调较快,当然开窗也行,只是下雨要被淋
冬季除霜暖风即可,当然都是必须在外循环的情况下
建议LZ更换掉小水箱,加热后防冻液的味道实在是受不住

这是一辆04年1.6排量的高尔夫，进厂报修故障是暖风没有效果。
在车子进入拓思车间之后师傅对其进行初步检查&
，显示出车子的节温器，暖水箱进、出水管，都有温度，但稍微有点温差，综合检查结果显示暖风空调机舱的“供给系统”无故障。
于是师傅开始对其驾驶室内空调控制系统进行检查
检查结果发现暖风控制开关在工作至冷风控制范围时有阻力，暖风范围时没有感觉，初步判断风道控制系统有故障，师傅开始对其进行拆卸检查，结果空调控制系统无故障，对暖风水箱进行检查，发现暖风水箱有轻微的漏水现象，但不会影响暖风系统。
综合之前的检查，排除空调控制系统系统故障，开始对其外部供给系统进行检查，分别对其水泵，水管进行检查，检查结果显示水泵工作良好，无故障。
&拓思车间（http://blog.sina.com.cn/thorsworkshop）最终确定问题应该是出在汽车水道管路有故障，开始对其管路进行彻底检查。
第一步：师傅先将水壶下水管拆下，暖风水管出水管拆下，堵住水壶下水管出口和暖风水箱出水口，然后对其水壶下水管进行加压，得出结果铁水管和暖风水管无故障，遂将其复原。
第二步：师傅拆除水箱上水管和暖风进水管，再堵住水箱和暖风水箱接口，对其水箱上水管进行加压，结果发现这段管路不通，对其分解检查，最终确定暖风水管堵死（加工时出现质量问题）对其更换之后故障解除
& &来看看这暖风水管，管道内已经被塑料片堵住。

天转冷，忽然发现热空调不是很管用了，去一看告诉我要更换暖风水箱，光是人工费就要2000多。听说暖风水箱只是堵的话可以自己清洗下，问题是我不知道哪两根是暖风水箱的管子，不敢乱拔啊。请教大神帮我看一下！！
