但是遇到人多或打得好的!!容易生气!!准心 也比原来垃圾了!谢谢了
就不敢得分.打球是一个团队的配合!打球不能打气.打球生气是一个禁忌.我以前打球因为不准脾气太大了.记住.一个大哥跟我说.一个玩!冷静.一定要冷静还有.不进球是因为你还不够准.要多加练习!关键还是心态.咱打球也不图个啥.完全是开心嘛

首先在气势上 不要输
第二强硬一点
准心差 一个是 没吃饭。。。。第二就是 没找到平时打球的感觉
用上篮和短距离投篮去找感觉 是不错的选择
