Pennant - 进攻中场中最弱的球员，应该考虑出售。
Riera - 队内最好的边路突击手，打边路和内切度很擅长。

总结 - 深度足够，但真正有实力的球员只有一个。

门将：在08中，Almunia虽然不是世界级，但却十分稳健。然而Almunia却不再年轻，出售他并购入一些年轻人或许是个好主意。但并非非卖不可。Fabianski不如去年表现出色，助理教练推荐把他出售。但我认为应该再观察他一年。年轻人里似乎没什么好门将，所以你可以引进一些有潜力的新人门将。
左后卫：Clichy大大加强了，看起来比任何时候都耀眼。而且他还很年轻，所以这个位置我们无须担心。替补方面，Silvestre和Gallas在这个位置都表现不俗。Song也能替补这个位置。Armand Traore看起来防守很糟糕，我们也怀疑他是否能达到08的高度。Kieran Gibbs是否能成为我们期望的强力边路，让我们拭目以待。无论如何，我们都需要找一个年轻的左后卫。
右后卫：Sagna还和上作中一样惊艳。Emmanuel Eboue和Kolo Toure都能替补这个位置并且表现不俗。这个位置我们也不需要担心。我们需要引进的是这个位置上有潜力的新人。
中卫：Kolo Toure 和William Gallas都是优秀的中卫。Johan Djourou, Mikael Silvestre 和Alex Song作为替补。Johan Djourou这作中看起来不错，我们不应该忘记他。Mikael Silvestre看似是个亏本买卖，但是我们都知道他的状态会越来越好的。Song值得一用，而且我认为他会成为一个合格的CB/DM人选。Senderos即将租借归来（如果米兰没有签下他），对于枪手来说，他也是个不错的选择。但考虑到Silvestre和Gallas的年龄，引进一个年轻的中卫还是有必要的。
后腰：这是现实中抱怨最多的位置，是枪手阵容中的一个短柄。然而在游戏中，情况并非那么糟糕。Song算是一个合格的后腰。另外，我认为Eboue经过训练后也能胜任这个位置。如果你想要稳固防守，Djourou是最佳选择。Denilson还算合格，但是他的身体不够硬朗，在中场拼抢中经常吃亏。最后，Diaby也能偶尔一用，但是我不是很信任他，因为他的集中力太差。为了球队的发展，这个位置是我第一个需要补强的。
中场和攻击型中场：球队较强的位置之一。小法显然是整个游戏中最好的球员之一。并且他还很年轻，未来的十年你都不必为这个位置而担忧。同时Denilson 和Diaby也是这个位置的出色球员。Nasri, Vela 和Rosicky在你的战术需要的时候，也能很好的完成任务。因为青训里有不错的年轻人，比如Wilshere, Lansbury, Ramsey, Merida 等，这个位置并不需要引援。
边锋：Walcott 和Nasri足以对付这个位置。两个人同样的出色并且一样年轻。Rosicky即将伤愈复出，他将保持有FM08中的水准。Van Persie, Vela, Eduardo和 Eboue也都能踢这个位置。另外，当Traore租借归来后，他会成为左路怪兽。右路只有Eboue作为Walcott的替补，所以引进一个右边锋倒是值得的。
前锋：枪手的锋线人才济济，是整个阵容中最强的一环。Adebayor 和Bendtner能给球队带来足够的空中火力。枪手魔兽在这作中“兽性大发”，除了出色的身体条件，他的其他能力都十分均衡。我猜，他的表现可能会取决于整个游戏的引擎。Van Persie保持了他的高水准，应该能成为主要的攻击手。Eduardo受伤前表现出色，然而他伤愈归来后的表现还有待我们观察。Walcott本赛季突飞猛进，我们可以把他顶到锋线，看看他的速度到底能给比赛带来什么变化。还有一直在等待机会的墨西哥天才少年Carlos Vela，我相信他会给我们带来惊喜的。

门将 - 切赫是整个游戏中最出色的门将之一，但是替补球员的情况就不是那么乐观了。Cudicini34岁了，我会引进一个更年轻，愿意作替补的合格门将。Hilario根本不能打英超，只能卖掉。
右后卫 - 这个夏天签下的Bosingwa看起来在本作中得到了加强，而且也能胜任这个位置，但是貌似他并不是一个最好的防守队员。所以这个位置的人选取决于你是倾向于进攻还是防守，Ivanovich是个不错的防守人选。并且Belletti怎么看也比Ferreira强，后者应该被清除出队。队内这个位置的好手还是比较多的。
左后卫 - 阿什利科尔太出色了，而且正值当打之年。Bridge可以作为一个不错的替补。
中卫 - 特里和卡瓦略是优秀的中卫搭档，但是在我的档里，卡瓦略总是在1个月后想要新的挑战，所以可能会上特里和Alex，虽然看起来还不错，但不是切尔西水准的组合。所以我推荐引进一个有实力的中卫。
防守型中场 - 埃辛的技术数值看起来是给低了，不过他依旧是这个位置的不二人选。Belletti如果能保持状态，依旧可以胜任这个位置的替补不过他已经32岁高龄了，并且Mineiro也32了，这个位置需要引进一些新鲜血液。
中场/攻击型中场 - 这个位置要求球员既能打MC又能打AMC，但我认为Mikel更适合打攻击中场。兰帕德，德科和巴拉克都超过了30岁这是个令人担忧的问题。所以一个年轻的AMC/MC是需要引进的，但也许是在一个或者两个赛季以后，这取决于目前这些球员的状态。
边锋 - 应该是蓝军的弱点，我感觉这个夏天我们应该签下一些又实力的边锋，所以在游戏中，我们的机会来了。马卢达和乔科尔看起来不错，应该也能打的很好，卡卢看起来之是各合格的替补，辛克莱尔比去年看起来差多了，但也许他的速度还是会给我们惊喜。
前锋 - 德罗巴和阿内尔卡是两个非常出色的锋线队员，年轻一辈里的Di Santo 和Sahar也不错，这个位置不需要引进什么新人，但这可能要取决于Di Santo能成长到什么程度，也许引进一个顶级前锋也是需要的。

门将：你的阵容中有3个主要门将，他们当然是范德萨、福斯特和库茨扎克。这个位置在首个赛季足够强大了，范德萨尽管年龄大了但仍然能胜任首个赛季，福斯特和库茨扎克则可以提供梦幻般的后备力量。所以首个赛季没必要再加强了。你的长期性的第一门将应该是福斯特，但在范德萨退休后，库茨扎克不足以胜任第一门将的情况下，这个位置仍可以加强。
左后卫：埃夫拉总是梦幻的，应该是你的首选。奥谢可以提供充分的后备保障。没有必要加强了，除非你想在接下来的几个赛季中找个顶级左后卫来和埃夫拉轮换。
右后卫：在右边，内维尔和布朗都能做得很好，但你得为将来着想，给加里找个替代人选。看看法比奥和拉菲尔这对巴西双胞胎兄弟如何发展，也很有趣。
中后卫：费迪南德和维迪奇非常出色，很可能是游戏中的最佳中卫组合。他们应该是你的首选，而埃文斯、奥谢、布朗作为替补。你也可能想签一个有前途的年轻中后卫。
后腰：这个位置同样很强大，哈格里夫斯和卡里克都很稳健，而且他们是英格兰本土的。你可以轮换他们俩，或许再加上弗莱彻作为替补。

前锋：曼联可以说拥有游戏中最强大的锋线火力，有鲁尼、特维斯和贝尔巴托夫。鲁尼尽管似乎有些下滑，但依然很稳定。特维斯似乎也有些下滑，但也依然是梦幻的。贝尔巴托夫非常出色，给了你另一个选择，而马努乔则可以作为替补，U18还有颇具前途的前锋，比如维尔贝克和布兰迪，不需要在这个位置上投资了。

EvertonFC were founded in 1878 as a church team by the name of St Domingos FC. When they were founded they played in a small corner of Stanley Park but moved into Priory Road in 1882 before moving to Anfield until 1892 when they had to leave due to a dispute over rent, the result of that was that they finally ended up at their beloved home, Goodison Park, where they have remained to this day. One momentous result of this move however was the birth of Liverpool FC who took Anfield and the rest as they say is history.
Notable players throughout the years include William Ralph 'Dixie' Dean who still holds the league record of 60 goals, Alex 'The Golden Vision' Young, the now deceased Alan Ball (RIP ), Peter Reid, Kevin Ratcliffe and more recently Duncan Ferguson. Of the above players, Jack Rodwell and Jose Baxter are guaranteed to have the highest PA, Rodwell has been playing regularly this season and at 17 looks like a future star, be it in central midfield or defence. Jose Baxter is just 16 years old and has been likened to Wayne Rooney with some even saying that he is better technically than Rooney was at his age, he can play in midfield or attack.

Getting into Europe should be a fairly simple target due to the quality of the side, although you don't start off with much money.
Goalkeeper – Tim Howard is by far the best goalkeeper in the squad and it might be a good idea to pick up some back up for him.
Defence – Joseph Yobo, Joleon Lescott, Leighton Baines and Phil Jagielka should be good in the game after an extremely good year so they should be alright,, despite that I think it would be a good idea to get a right back and possibly someone to replace Jagielka as I doubt that, despite being improved, he will be good enough for anything above UEFA Cup. Rodwell will also be decent back up along with Valente and Hibbert.
Midfield – This is probably the strongest part of the team. With Arteta, Pienaar, Feillani and Cahill you have a very strong first 4 with other players such as Rodwell, Castillo and Osman more than capable of coming in, despite this I think it would be a good idea to get a decent winger as back up.
Strikers – Yakubu is easily the strongest striker in the squad right now but in the short term Saha should help him out and in the long term James Vaughan should be immense along with Baxter in future years. I personally tend to use Cahill as an attacking midfielder behind Yakubu and Vaughan/Saha.
As you will have seen there isn't much of a budget, so far I've made just two signings but neither of them seem good enough. First off I signed Edgar Davids on a free transfer and he should provide half decent back up on a low wage. Secondly I've signed a young centre back from Barcelona on loan called Martin Caceres, he's 21 years old and they paid ?12.75 million for him IRL but in the game he is no more than a decent Premiership defender although he certainly has the potential to be top class. Aside from my failures this season one player that I feel would be worth a try is Vincent Enyeama, for just ?60k you'd get a goalkeeper that is good enough to challenge Tim Howard for the no. 1 jersey, the only problem I've noticed is that in the games I've played so far Man City have always signed him.
First off you should try to get rid of Andy Van Der Meyde whatever way you can, I personally offered him out for free but no one wanted him, thankfully though Crewe came to my rescue and took him on loan, although they'll only be paying 10% of his wages I'm hoping he'll impress enough for someone to make an offer for him.
After VDM has gone the rest are all decent with the exception of a few youth players, to be honest I think you could easily release them all with the exception of the following:
Jose Baxter - Good enough to cover the first team strikers until February when I'd recommend loaning him out for the rest of the season unless he's playing regularly.
Shane Duffy - I've never heard of him IRL but he looks like a top prospect in FM 09
Karl Sheppard - Looks like a decent prospect, I wouldn't risk getting rid of him just yet
George Krenn - he looks like another top prospect
Eunan O'Kane - Going by real life knowledge this lad should have a fairly high PA so I'd keep hold of him for now
Kieran Agard - A hot young striker that has a great future ahead of him, he was good in 07 and 08 and he's improved alot since then so I very much doubt he'll have a low PA.
Jack Rodwell - Fairly obvious really, between himself, Baxter, Duffy and Feillani you have a fantastic core of the team for years to come.
John Paul Kissock - Good young winger.
Dan Gosling - Very versatile and good enough to step in to the starting 11 when needed.

In terms of setting up a new game I would have France and Belgium league boxes ticked to have Le Havre and Zulte Waregem active in your game
I would encourage you to make use of the affiliation with Zulte in future year
Getting Top 10 first year will be a struggle due to the financial predicament the club had in the summer, you will need to tighten those belts and if you do sell anyone don’t be too extravagant on spending, in fact first season I would go with what you have got, initially however I would try and sell someone to raise finance to sign Armand Traore (if you can prise him away) other than that its go with what you have got.
I personally would spend a bit of time analyzing players wages and contracts to see who you can do without to try and slash the wage bill which is massive…..
Goalkeeper – James is the best player in the squad and has a potential replacement in Begovic lying in reserve, might be worth sending him to Zulte for first team football to bring on his development.
Defence – Sylvain Distin and Glen Johnson are the main players here but other than those there is a quality shortage at the top level and also a big lack of pace, my advice would be to ditch Sol and his ?105k salary as quick as you can….keep Linvoy on just for his stature
Khaleem Hyland is at the club on a non-contract basis, offer him a new contract and no matter the outcome ship him to Zulte to develop him again.
Midfield – Lassie is the quality central midfielder by a mile and can hopefully replicate his dominance of games now on the FM pitch. Now a bone of contention amongst Pompey fans, Kranjcar. He is probably the biggest asset which could be sold to generate transfer funds however he is still a very good player so if you decide to sell make sure you get top ?? for him. You can use Utaka at right mid but he might only turn up one game in ten….so if you can find a mug of a team to buy him.
Might be worth getting the scouts out to find a suitable partner for Diarra in the middle, my personal preference would be to find a dedicated DMC to allow Diarra to roam free…
Strikers – Crouch is head and shoulders above the rest (you see what I did there ) but with a few tweaks over the close season it might be possible to have him as a loan forward. Again a bit like Kranjcar do you keep or sell Defoe?? Hes a good finisher but offers minimal input on everything else.
Again Utaka can be played upfront but I would be looking to sell him as hes not consistent…
Sahar is probably too underdeveloped too make that much of an impact.
Academy – This is the one bit I’ll leave you to discover for yourself

Tottenham Hotspur, , is an English professional football club which currently plays in the Premier League. Commonly referred to as Spurs, the club's home stadium is White Hart Lane, Tottenham, in the London Borough of Haringey (N17).
Tottenham Hotspur were the first club in the 20th century to achieve the League and FA Cup Double, winning both competitions in the 1960–61 season. In 1963, Spurs became the first British club to win a major European trophy - the European Cup Winners' Cup. In the 1980s, Spurs won several trophies: the FA Cup twice, FA Community Shield and the UEFA Cup 1983–84. In addition, they are the current Football League Cup holders, beating Chelsea 2–1 in extra time. This victory means that Tottenham have won a trophy in each of the last six decades - an achievement only matched by Manchester United.
The club's Latin motto is Audere est Facere (lit: &To Dare Is to Do&), and its emblem is a cockerel standing upon a football. The club has a long-standing rivalry with near neighbours Arsenal and matches between the two teams are known as the North London derby.

White Hart Lane was originally a disused nursery owned by the brewery, Charringtons, and located behind a public house. The landlord realised the increased revenues he could enjoy if Tottenham played their matches behind his pub and the club moved in. They brought with them the terrace they used at Northumberland Park which gave shelter to 2,500 fans. Notts County were the first visitors to 'the Lane' in a friendly watched by 5,000 people and bringing in ?115 in receipts, Spurs won 4-1. QPR became the first competitive visitors to the ground and 11,000 people saw them lose 1-0 to Tottenham.
In 1905 Tottenham raised enough money to buy the freehold to the land and became the permanent owners of the ground. As the club grew new stands were added. A new main stand was added in 1909, the East stand was also covered this year and extended further two years later. The profits from the 1921 FA Cup win were used to build a covered terrace at the Paxton Road end and the Park Lane end was built at a cost of over ?3,000 some two years later. This increased the WHL capacity to around 58,000 with room for 40,000 under cover. The East Stand development was finishing in 1934 which increased the capacity to around 80,000 spectators and cost ?60,000. The pitch was renovated in 1952 which uncovered a number of items from the old nursery on the site and one year later the first floodlights were introduced. These lights were upgraded in 1957 which required the cockerel to be moved from the West Stand to the East and then in 1961 floodlight pylons were installed.
The West Stand was replaced by an expensive (and far behind schedule) new structure and the stadium started its long modernisation process. Various developments and upgrades were implemented over the years and in 1992 the lower terraces of the south and east stand were converted to seating and the whole of the North stand followed to become all-seater the following season. The South Stand re-development was completed in March 1995 and included the first giant Sony Jumbotron TV screen for live game coverage and away match screenings. The capacity of the stadium increased to just over 33,000. In 1997/98 season the Paxton Road stand had a new upper tier added which included the second Jumbotron screen and increased capacity to 36,240 and was funded by a rights issue in 1996.[8]
The first Tottenham kit was navy blue shirt and shorts, but after the first season the club did not have one specific design for many years.[17] In 1884 the club changed to a kit similar to that of Blackburn Rovers.[18] Shortly after moving to Northumberland Road, the kit changed again to red shirt and blue shorts. Five years later, after becoming a professional club, they switched to a chocolate and gold striped kit.
At the end of the 19th century the club switched colours yet again, to the white shirts and blue shorts for which they are now well known for wearing, hence the nickname &Lilywhites&. This colour choice is thought to be in homage to Preston North End who had recently done &The Double&.
White and navy blue have remained as the club's basic colours ever since. Soon after the First World War, the cockerel badge was added to the shirt. In 1939 numbers first appeared on shirt backs, and in 1983 Holsten became the first commercial sponsor logo to appear on the shirt. When Thomson was chosen as kit sponsor in 2002 there was an outcry from Tottenham fans as the logo on the front was red, the colour of their closest rivals, Arsenal.[19] In 2006, Tottenham then succeeded in securing a record ?34m sponsorship deal with internet casino group, and present sponsors, Mansion.[20] Although this ensured another red logo on the white shirt, the issue has attracted no further comment.

Although the sporting journalists are currently complaining about Gomes, so far for me he has been class, he is a very good player, he makes the occasional blunder but he makes up for that with class saves.
Luka Modric is a class player, can excell anywhere in midfield, he is fast, he can pick a pass beautifully
I bought Giuseppe Rossi for 9.25m to bring in a striker to play instead of Bent
I bought Lassana Diarra for 4.4m to bring in to play alongside Modric and Veloso
I bought Veloso for the same reason as Diarra
I finally brought in some loans, Balotelli (Backup/rotation), Cacares (backup/rotation)
I said that i could get into Europe by coming 4th/5th and i got 32m, but if you aim higher i'm sure you might be able to get about 40m, of course probably more if you ask for a bigger wage budget and then mix it around

Right Backs:
Luke Young在这个位置看起来很不错，然而这里却没有什么好的替补。我建议在这个位置补强，可以打Young的替补，或者买一个主力让Young打替补。这个位置的青训再次让我们失望，所以从长远来看，年轻人应该是首选。

*Goalkeeping*
Goalkeeping is not a real strong point for the Hammers. Robert Green hasnt been rated really high in the game and there isnt really any quality backup. There are a few young goalkeepers in the reserves but they wont be ready for quite some time. Perhaps Sander Westerveld would be a good signing he is on a free??
The Defence is ok but have lost quality with Anton Ferdinand and George McCartney leaving , McCartney leaving leaves a massive hole there at left back , Jordan Spence a natural left footer could be trained to play there but i would be looking to bring in reinforcements asap. The centre of defence looks stable certainly not brilliant the players are ok but are not top prem qaulity , in order to get to the next level qaulity will have to be brought in.
*Midfield*
West Hams midfield is quite strong , you have the benefit of having workhorses in Parker , Noble , Behrami and Bowyer and if Dyer can get fit and stay fit he adds the bit of class which may give you the edge...but at 70k a week Dyer is on i would look at offloading him. Faubert can play on the right flank and likes to hug the touch line while Noble gives you enthusiasm in the midfield. Parker is a good leader and is a experianced head and is a very handy player. Mullins can be offloaded as can Quashie they just dont have what it takes to succeed consistantly at this level. Jack Collison looks a promising lad coming through.
*Forwards*
Probably the strong point of the squad. Carlton Cole isnt rated very highly but still is handy as is David Di Michele who can be brilliant at time and bad at other times. Bellamy will be useful but again at 70k a week i would look at offloading him. Ashton can be a key man if he can stay fit...I wouldnt bother with Tristan his workrate and fitness is poor he is past it.
All in all its a average team.......Left back is needed URGENTLY as is a quality centre half........Top half finish will be a good first season!
Look at signing Appiah and Graveson on frees , havnt seen Olivier Bernard stats but he cant be any worse then what is currently there.

Looking at the starting lineup I would suggest that a DC is a top priority as Nosworthy is not really that good someone with a bit of strength and pace such as Gioda or Fazio would be the perfect partner for Anton Ferdinand. The GK is solid but may get unsettles if you do not achieve something in the first few seasons. The FBs will need to be replaced in the future if you are to go for a champions league place. Chimbonda if like real life tends to play his way out of trouble and could be punished for that at the top level.
Midfield is strong but a real DM is needed as Whitehead although a good player is not that good at the defending but better than the aging Dwight Yorke. A proper attacking MC might be needed but Malbranque is pretty strong but I am not sure if he can manage at the top level.Richardson will hopefully have some better stats than he had in FM08, a little injury prone but he is a decent player and can take a wicked freekick. Diouf is a great player and should be good enough for as long as you need him right upto champions league. Kenwyne Jones is a great target man powerful in the air and a real physical handful for any defender. With Cisse he has the perfect partner but will you make his move more permanent. On FM08 he could be bought for ?6.5 million while on loan, let his loan run out and he would cost you more than ?15 million. So are you going to make him a Sunderland player sooner or later or not at all.

Scoring 19 league goals in his 1st season at Blackburn, he is the most prolific goal scorer since Alan Shearer roamed these parts. Roque, uses his head very well and is the perfect example of a good target man. Having stats of 17 in both jumping and heading. A player who could sit back and play a quick striker through would be brilliant. (thats how i played him in 1st friendly he scored 3, set up 1). This guy is a beast, you dont want him to go anywhere, anytime soon.

Having only a young RB(Danny Simpson) to start with and a back up DR C, in Andre Ooijer(who is a much better CB), i think its clear to see what needs to happen. Yes, a new RB.
Belletti and Paulo Ferreira, Both of whom can be loaned. But since Belletti is transfer listed at a measly ?3.7mil, i thought meh, what the hack and had a go with him. But a loan could be useful if you dont want to use alot of money on an old RB.
The next position that should be upgraded is the CB position, like i said before it is vital to secure a back up youngster for Ryan Nelson when he decides to go.

Goalkeepers :
Schwarzer is more than good enough but is getting old so this may be something to look at after the 1st season.
There is a lack of depth in this area and i would advise reinforcing (Enyeama is nice and cheap 60k)
Defenders :
The defence is average, Pantsil and Hangeland are good enough, and although the report does not show, Konchesky is also a 4 star left back. Although Hughes is shown as good enough it may be good to invest in a class CB, or a youngster as a view to be Hughes' replacement
Midfield :
The midfield is rather unbalanced. Whilst having good options on the right in Davies, Dempsey and Gera, the left is pretty bare and i would look to strengthen here (as well as getting Gera to retrain as a left midfielder). Bullard is the main man in the middle, and would suggest to back up with a defensive type, either andranik or andreasen (although you may wish to invest in a better DM)
Strikers :
Fulham are lacking in depth here, Johnson is the key man in the team, and although Zamora and Nevland can do equally good jobs alongside him, i owuld prefer to have something a bit more up top for a team who historically lacks goals in the premiership.
take a look at some of the reserve squad, Omosuzi, Leijer and Milsom will fetch you around 2mil in all.
From the first team, Dempsey is one who can be sold for a bit of money.
Baird is on high wages so he could be sold for this reason
Pantsil always gets interest and can fetch up to 3mil so if you can find cover he may be a way of getting some more funds.
