1 范围 Scope
本标准规定了汽车用制动器衬片的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存等。
This standard specifies the classification of
automotive brake linings, technical requirements, test methods,
inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage,

2 引用标准 Reference Standard
The provisions contained in the following
standards, through reference in this standard becomes the
constituting provisions of this standard. All standards might be
revised, all the parties using this standard should explore the
latest version jointly.

  GB/T 9439—88 灰铸铁件Gray iron castings
  JB/T 7498—94 砂纸sand paper
3 分类Classification
  衬片按用途分为四类,见表1。There are four types of linings,

4 技术要求technical requirements
4.1 外观质量 appearance.
4.1.1 衬片表面加工与否由供需双方商定。The surface quality is based on the
negotiation between the consumers and the producers.
4.1.2 衬片不允许有龟裂、、凹凸不平、翘曲、扭曲等影响使用的缺陷。Linings should be free from
the defects such as cracking, blistering, rugged, warping or
distortions etc.
4.2 尺寸公差 Tolerance
  衬片的基本尺寸由需方确定,其宽度和厚度的尺寸公差应符合表2的规定。
The basic dimensions of the lining are determined
by the consumers and the producers, but the width and thickness
tolerances should meet the requirements in Table 2

摩擦性能 Friction properties
4.3.1 衬片摩擦系数及其允许偏差和磨损率,应符合表3~表6的规定。
The friction coefficient and the tolerance, as well
as the wear rate should comply with the requirements in Table 3 to

bumps or other defects affecting the properties of the samples
should occur, and the samples should not leave any obvious
scratches on the disc.

5 试验方法test methods
5.1 外观质量用目测、敲音方法。By eye survey and striking to
judge the appearance.
5.2 宽度和厚度尺寸用精度0.02mm游标卡尺测量,其他尺寸由供需双方商定。The width and the length is
measured by vernier calipers (precision 0.02mm), and the consumers
and the producers decide the others dimensions.
5.3 摩擦性能试验 the friction properties test
5.3.1 试片 specimen
5.3.1.1 试片从同一衬片制品取2个。Take 2 pcs from the same linings
5.3.1.2 试片摩擦面尺寸为25mm&25mm,允许偏差为-0.2~O mm。
The friction area dimension is 25mm x 25mm, with
the allowable tolerance -0.2~0mm
5.3.1.3 试片厚度为5~7mm,2个试片的厚度差在0.2mm以下。若制品厚度小于5mm,则按其原厚度。
The thickness of the specimen is5~7mm, with the
thickness difference under 0.2mm between two specimen. For the
thickness under 5mm, the original thickness is used.
5.3.2 试验设备 test equips
Fixed-speed friction test machine, see appendix
5.3.2.1 0.15m。
The distance between the specimen center and
rotation axis center is 0.15m
5.3.2.2 圆盘材质为GB/T 9439中灰铸铁牌号HT250,硬度牌号H195(180~220HB);。。
The disc is gray iron castings HT 250 in GB/T 9439,
hardness H195(180~220HB); Disc microstructure is pearlite. The
surface is treated with P240 sandpaper in JB / T 7498 .
5.3.2.3 摩擦力用自动记录仪测定。Automatic friction recorder
determination
5.3.2.4 圆盘摩擦面温度(以下简称盘温)测定,是把焊有热电偶的银片(8mm&8mm&0.6mm),以0.1~0.2N的力压在圆盘的摩擦面上进行;测定位置应在圆盘摩擦部位宽度的中心线上,且从试片中心沿旋转方向50~100 mm处,见附录B
To determine the temperature of the friction face
of the disc, we press a silver flake (8mm x 8mm x 0.6 mm) with a
thermocouple welded on against the disc with a force of 0.1~0.2N;
the measuring spot should be on the centerline of the friction
area, 50-100mm off the direction of rotation.
5.3.2.5 加热和冷却装置在圆盘里面,盘温可在100~350℃内进行调整。See the appendix B
5.3.3 试验条件test condition
5.3.3.1 试验温度的允许偏差为±10℃。The allowable tolerance of
the test temperature is ±10℃。
5.3.3.2 圆盘转速恒定在400~500 r/min。the designed rotating speed of the
disc is 400~500 r/min.
5.3.3.3 试片的压力为0.98 MPa。The pressure on sampling is 0.98 MPa.
5.3.3.4 摩擦方向与衬片的摩擦方向相同。The friction direction is same as the
friction direction of the linings.
5.3.4 试验步骤 test procedures
  取2个试片装入试片支承臂内,按下列顺序进行试验:put two specimen in to the supporting
arms and do the following test:
5.3.4.1 试片在100℃以下进行磨合,至接触面达95%以上。用精度0.01mm的千分尺测量试片厚度,厚度测定应待试片冷至室温后进行。每个试片测5个点,取其算术平均值。
The specimens are running at 100 ℃ (below)with 95%
of contact surfaces. Measure the &specimen
thickness with a& micrometer of 0.01 mm precision,
the thickness should be measured when the specimen cools down to
room temperature. Each specimen is measured at 5 points, whichever
is the arithmetic mean
The following specimens were running at 100 ℃ to
95% of contact surfaces. With a 0.01mm micrometer precision
measuring specimen thickness, the thickness should be measured when
the specimen after cooling to room temperature. Each specimen
measured 5 points and the arithmetic mean is referred to.
5.3.4.2 在试验温度100℃时,按5.3.3条件测定圆盘旋转5000转期间的摩擦力,或将5000转分成10~20等分,测定每250~500转期间的摩擦力。摩擦后按5.3.4.1测量试片的厚度。
At the test temperature 100 ℃, test the friction
during 5000 rpm under the condition 5.3.3 or to divide 5,000 into
10-20 parts, and measured the friction of every 250- 500 rpm. Then
measure the thickness according to item 5.3.4.1.
5.3.4.3 在各个试验温度150℃、200℃、250℃、300℃、350℃时,按5.3.4.2进行同样试验。但各类制品的最高试验温度应按表3~表6的规定。
Do the same test according to the terms in 5.3.4.2
at 150℃、200℃、250℃、300℃、350℃

  1 在测定圆盘5000转期间,圆盘温度应在1500转以内升至各个规定的试验温度。
In determination disc 5000rpm, the disc temperature
should raise from the temperature at 1500rpm to various
provisions.
  2 圆盘温度的上升靠试片的摩擦热,当在1500转以内达不到各个规定的试验温度时,可用辅助加热装置。
The temperature rises by the friction heat. If
within 1500rpm the temperature can not reach the required point, an
auxiliary heating device is needed.
5.3.4.4 在最高试验温度测定结束后,从最高试验温度起每降50℃时,测定圆盘1500转期间的摩擦力,一直测至100℃。但温度下降至下一阶段时应在500转以内。
After the test at the highest temperature, the
friction at 1500rpm should be tested at each drop 50 ℃ of the
temperature, the test goes on until the temperature reaches 100 ℃.
When the temperature drops to the next stage, the friction should
be tested for 500 rpm or less.
5.3.4.5 试验后试片和圆盘摩擦面的外观用目测。
Observe the specimen and the disc surface with
visual survey.
5.3.5 计算 Calculation
5.3.5.1 各个试验温度时的摩擦系数按式(1)计算。The formula for friction
calculation
式中:μ——摩擦系数friction coefficient;
   f——摩擦力friction(总摩擦距离的后半部稳定的摩擦力的平均值the average of the
latter half friction),N;
   F——加在试片上的法向力normal force(试片的压力pressure&试片面积area),N。
5.3.5.2 各个试验温度时的磨损率按式(2)计算。The wear rate formula
式中:V——磨损率wear
rate,cm3/(N.m);
   R——试片中心与圆盘旋转轴中心的距离the distance between the specimen
center and the rotating axle center (0.15m);
   n——试验时圆盘的总转数 the total rotation;
   A——试片摩擦面的总面积total friction area,cm2;
   d1——试验前试片的平均厚度original thickness,cm;
   d2——试验后试片的平均厚度average thickness after
friction,cm;
   fm——试验时总平均摩擦力total average friction,N。
  注Remark:磨损率(V)试验结果不允许为负值。The wear rate (V) should not be a
negative value
6 检验规则 Rules
6.1 出厂检验项目 inspection items at releasing
6.1.1 外观检验。appearance
6.1.2 尺寸检验。dimension
6.1.3 摩擦性能检验。Wear properties
6.2 组批原则 Batch
  以同材质或同规格的衬片的实际交货量为一批。当批量过大时,也可分成若干小批。The linings of the same
materials or specification can be regarded as one batch. For big
quantity, the tests can be conducted on in the small batches
divided from large quantity batch.
6.3 抽样方法与 sampling methods and
judgment rules&.
6.3.1 衬片的外观与尺寸偏差的检查采用随机抽样方法,按GB/T 2828使用正常检查一次抽样方案,取特殊检查水平S-4,AQL值为2.5。不同批量所需的抽样量、合格批或不合格批的判定,应符合表7的规定。
The inspection of the appearance and the dimension
can be done by taking samplings. Follow GB/T 2828 to take the
regular samplings and special inspection S-4, AQL 2.5.

6.3.2 摩擦性能检验按表8规定随机抽样 &sampling

其中每个样本经检验后都合格,则判定该批产品为合格;若有任何一项不合格,再加倍取样复验,复验结果如仍有一项不合格,则判定该批产品为不合格。
Only if all the specimen are proved qualified, the
whole batch of the products ar should there be
one item fails to pass the test, a double quantity of the samplings
needed to go for test, and if the second test proves any one item
disqualified still, then the whole products are identified
disqualified.
7 标志、包装、运输、贮存 labeling, packing,
transporting and storing
7.1 标志 labeling
7.1.1 。
On the non-working surface of the linings are
printed manufacturer name or trademark, and the year of
production.
7.1.2 。
7.2 包装packing
Linings should be closely and neatly put into a
clean, dry and stout box (case) .
7.2.2 每个包装箱(盒)内应装入型号规格相同的衬片;当用户需要时,也可装入成套供应的衬片。
Each box (case) should contain the linings with
same model when the users need, the complete
lining sets can be packed in the same box (case).
7.2.3 每个包装箱(盒)内应附有产品合格证。
Products within each box (case) should be
accompanied by quality certification.
7.3 运输 transportation.
  在运输过程中应做到不使衬片受到损坏和被油、水沾污。
Linings should be free from any damages or oil or
water contamination
7.4 贮存 storage
  。Linings should be stored in
ventilated dry, flat interior floor.

  日,加拿大卫生部与Specialized Canada Inc.联合宣布对中国产“Tektro”牌自行车刹车把实施自愿性召回。原因为该刹车把上调节器的帽和闸线易从固定位置滑出,致使刹车失灵,有致骑车者对车失去控制而发生撞车事故。  此次被召回的Tektro TL-83自行车刹车把专用于2011款S-Works Shiv自行车框架、2012款S-Works Shiv TT自行车框架的空气动力车把上,同时还作为2012 S-Works Shiv X2自行车框架原装配件出售,是TL-720款的改良版,黑色铝合金材质,顶端有快速释放槽,产品型号“TL-720”标在刹车把侧面。此次被召回的商品数量约为34个。  据了解,该自行车刹车把自2010年6月至2012年9月加拿大销售。截至目前,加拿大卫生部与Specialized Canada Inc.均未收到任何事故报告。  对此,加拿大卫生部建议消费者立即停止使用安装有被召回刹车把的自行车,并与Specialized Canada Inc.授权经销商联系免费更换刹车把。
