一般不提倡力量训练,早起最好是做有氧训练,最佳力量锻炼时间在下午三点到晚上九点。因为早憨发封菏莩孤凤酞脯喀起身体睡了一夜,处于非常放松的状态,刚起来就做力量训练很容易拉伤身体。

早上起来要充分热身了就可以的,我是练体育的,就是这样的,不过最好还是在下午憨发封菏莩孤凤酞脯喀。因为下午氧气充足,有利于做有氧运动,希望能帮助你
早上不能做力量训练。。对身体不好。。早上应该跑跑步。。这个对身体好。。呼吸新鲜空气。。

“举哑铃”是一种很好的消脂健美操。它不断能将脂肪转化为肌肉,而且比其他运动容易做容易坚持。下面介绍一组哑铃操,对塑造好身材有很大帮助。   1。侧步平举  A、双脚并拢站立,右手握一个3—5磅的哑铃,左手放在臀上。左脚向左迈2—3步,弯曲左膝盖,下压做成侧弓步。  B、直起腰来并伸出右手臂与肩平,左腿向左边踢出。然后恢复到A的动作,重复一次。完成10—12个后,换右腿。  2。弓步上举  A、左脚在右脚前约1米的地方,两手各握一只5—8磅的哑铃。下压成弓步,并曲臂使哑铃朝向自己的手臂,注意小腿要垂直于地。  B、直起左腿,带动右腿往前送,抬起右膝盖到臀部的高度,同时向上举起哑铃。恢复A的姿势,然后重复,完成10—12个后,换腿。  3。仰卧上举  仰卧,膝盖弯曲,脚自然平放,脚后跟离臀部1米左右。两手各抓一只3—5磅的哑铃,掌心相对,弯曲手臂,哑铃放在耳旁,手肘朝上。收缩背部、臀部、腿部,抬起臀部,上举哑铃,然后放下臀部和哑铃,恢复到准备动作,重复。  整个过程上臂要保持不动。这组健美操只需一对哑铃就能轻松完成,只要每天坚持练习,假以时日一定能塑造出好身材。(责任编辑:张国栋 实习编辑:王羽)
