设计（论文）题目：矿新井设计
内容及要求：
云山煤矿新井设计的主要任务包括：计算矿井储量；确定矿井生产能力和服务年限；确定矿井开拓开采方案；设计采煤方法和回采工艺；矿井运输、提升、通风和排水方案设计并进行相关计算。
编写矿井设计说明书（不少于6万字）或专题论文（不少于3万字）
按比例绘制方案设计图（6～7张）。
设计说明书一般按大纲的章节要求编写，各章重新开页。编写说明书必须计算准确，制表清晰，插图美观，做到文字说明和所绘制的图表密切配合。说明书严格按照《河北工程大学毕业设计撰写基本要求》中的规定排版和打印。
设计图纸应按照国家和行业标准绘制，图中的设计内容、比例等应符合设计大纲的要求，平面图和剖面图应相互对应。

淮北矿业集团石台煤矿初步设计
本设计的井田面积为20.1平方千米，年产量120万吨。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定，煤层倾角8－22°，平均煤厚3.48m，整体地质条件比较简单，在井田范围南部和中央均有断层发育。瓦斯和二氧化碳含量相对不高，涌水量也不大。根据实际的地质资料情况进行井田开拓和准备方式的初步设计，该矿井决定采用三立井上山开采，煤层分采区上山联合布置的开拓方式，设计采用综合机械化一次采全高回采工艺，走向长壁采煤法，用全部跨落法处理采空区。并对矿井运输、矿井提升、矿井排水和矿井通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算，以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求，完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化，采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验，实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。

本矿井设计为江苏省庞庄煤矿的新井设计，设计生产能力1.2Mt/a，服务年限66.2a。井田平均走向长5.6km，平均倾斜长2.6km，煤层平均倾角10，属近水平煤层。共有4层可采煤层，平均厚度8m。
由于井田倾斜长度较大，且为缓倾斜煤层，以及煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田内全部采用倾斜长壁采煤法开采，工作面全部为机械化采煤。本设计中矿井开拓方式采用立井方案，单水平开采，一个工作面达产。

This design is a new mine planning with pangzhuangCoal Mine in jiangsu Province. Mine planning capacity is 1.2Mt/a. Service is 66.2a. Well the average toward length of the field is 5.6km,and average skewed length is 2.6km.The average inclination of the coal bed is 10?that is a n.early level coal bed. This field there are 4can exploit coal bed, the average thickness of coal bed is 8m.
As field more toward greater length, and coal bed is nearly incline. And geological conditions Etc. causes impact, decision this field use more long wall coal mining, located all use integrated mechanized coal mining. This development method is vertical shaft , one production level, and one located production.

本人今年毕业设计的矿井为鸡西市矿业集团小恒山矿的新井设计，设计井田可采储量73.08Mt，设计生产能力为0.9Mt/a，服务年限58a。井田平均走向长3600m，平均倾斜长4254m，井田内有4层可采煤层。分别是4#、5# 、6#A和6#B，煤层平均总厚度4.06米。平均倾角11°，属缓倾斜煤层。地质构造简单，煤质是焦煤。本矿井采用双立井开拓，井田共划分为2个开采水平，每个水平都采用倾斜长壁采煤法。工作面运输采用刮板输送机刮煤，带式输送机运煤，大巷运输采用3t底卸式矿车运输。提升方式为立井箕斗提升，每天提升时间16h,四、六工作制提煤。工作面全部为普通机械化采煤。
由于本人能力和时间有限，所以在设计中必然存在许多不足之处，敬请各位专家和老师批评指正，本人诚恳接受并予以改正，并将在以后的学习和工作中更加努力，为采矿这一行业多做贡献。

本设计矿井为七台河精煤集团公司新兴四矿新井设计，设计生产能力为1.2Mt/a，可采储量为152Mt，设计服务年限91a。井田内共划分为2个水平开采，共有47#、48#、49#、50#、51#、58#、60#、63#、65#、67#、68#共10层可采煤层,井田平均走向长度为3.95km，平均倾斜长度为2.05km，煤层平均倾角25°左右，属倾斜煤层。
由于井田走向长度较大，以及煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田内采用走向长壁后退式采煤法进行开采,工作面采用综合机械化开采。本设计矿井采用双立井,分区式通风。

This mine pit design is designed for the No.4 coal mine of Xin Xing of Qi Taihe Coal Mining Group.The design production ability is 1.2Mt/a.Recoverable reserves is 152Mt and the service time is 91a.
The minefield is totally divided into two mining levels.There are 47#,48#,49#,50#,51#,58#,60#,63#,65#,67#,68# ten recoverable layers.The average length of strike is 3.95km,the length of dip is 2.05km and the average angle of the coal seam is about 25°,belongs to inclined coal seam.
Because the length of strike is so long and the coal seam geology condition etc.factor influence that the design decide to take the longwall retreating rorking,the working face adopts the Mining Technology of the Fully Mechanized.This mine pit design takes vertial shaft development,divides area ventilated.
