以前在Sensors & Transducers投过一篇文章，当时是免费的。前阵子看到这个期刊的主页publication fee要300欧元，投了一篇文章，不几天主编就回信让我打款，并且说我的文章in a review process.
我回复邮件询问如果文章没有被接受，出版费怎么办。然后主编又回复让我尽快打款，如果文章被拒会退款给我。 可是我查了大部分期刊都是文章给了录用通知再打款的，所以不晓得这个期刊可靠谱，会不会是骗子，求虫友帮忙鉴定下哎

You should pay a registration fee as soon as possible in order to publish your article
quickly (in March 2013, for example).
In case if your article will be not accepted, you will get your money back.
Waiting for your publication fee.
估计是只要你给钱，就能发表。既然你不是第一次投了，应该没有问题。 不至于是骗子，不过只是他们想收点钱开始
一开始免费可能是稿源不足 从楼主说的情况来看，应该不是骗子，只不过有点过于抓收入了，但有可能在论文接收以后，这个期刊被从EI中踢出，那样就亏大了，楼主三思。 估计也就是那种收费期刊 收费期刊在SCI中也有的，可能只有照办哦 这个期刊我映像中好像不是EI吧 : Originally posted by mojieren at
