This site may not function properly without JavaScript enabled.本课题以田径运动会的实际管理过程作为研究对象,设计了一个“田径运动会管理系统”。研究开发出一套服务于运动会管理者,并方便参赛者和观众,有利于提高田径运动会的质量、效率、管理水平的管理信息系统。其中涉及到了田径运动会规则、VF技术、数据库技术、数据结构、矩阵等几个方面。本文论述了目前田径运动会的现状及需要解决的问题。给出了系统的设计方案,包括系统功能及数据库设计。分析了运动会的赛前报名处理、赛期管理和赛后处理三部分的工作。其中赛前报名处理包括报名,分组分道,秩序册安排,统计等部分。赛期管理包括赛期复赛、决赛分组分道,成绩处理等部分。赛后处理包括团体成绩处理及赛后资料备份等部分。特别是针对“运动会管理”中分组分道问题,以及赛程表安排问题(本文中第四章),本论文论证出一套行之有效的方法来解决。分组分道问题。《运动会管理系统》中运动会项目类别中“径赛100”项目需要分组分道(最多每组8道),分组分道采用随机安排运动员,要求每组参赛道次均匀,且每组中的运动员的单位不同;“径赛800”项目只分组不分道,“田赛”项目也只分组不分道,所分组数根据裁判委员会的要求设定,且每组中的参赛人是随机产生的。赛程表问题。在安排运动会赛程表时,它的制约因素很多。本文综合考虑田赛和径赛项目同时进行、各项目的比赛时间、不同的径赛项目的次序问题及关联问题、运动员的兼项问题、等情况,提出了“衡量标准”的概念,对各种不同的赛程表进行综合评价,得到一个较理想的赛程表。并对“运动会管理”中“全能项目”的分类问题(属于径赛还是田赛,属于长距离径赛,还是短距离径赛)进行了研究和处理,最终将全能项目分成各个单项,然后按各单项所属类别进行分类。本系统具有较强的信息处理功能,真正实现了依靠计算机进行具有较强的信息处理能力的运动会管理系统。
This thesis developed an efficient Management Information System for athletic meeting managers, servicing managers, athletes and audience ,improve the quality and efficiency of athletic meeting. Athletic rule, Technique of Visual FoxPro and Database, Data Structure and Matrix were refereed.The environment of athletic meeting and the problems to be solved were discussed the design plan of the system. Include the function of system and design of database were shown. The management of the match include: groups and the pathes of quarter finals and finals ,the management of scores, and so on. The management of the time after the meeting include :the management of the group scores, backup of the information, and so on.The problems of distributing the groups and the pathes and arranging the time of the athletic meeting(chapter 4) were especially solved.The problem of distributing the groups and the pathes. The short tracks required distributing the groups and the pathes. Random arrange athlete. Required equably arrange every group’s pathes and the athlete’s company is different in one group. The far tracks and field events only required distributing the groups. The number of groups accord to umpire meeting. Random arrange athlete.The problem of arranging the time of the athletic meeting. This was complicated. The track events and the filed events begin at the same time. The time of every match using. The order and the relation of the different match. The number of one athlete match. And so on. Putted forward a conception of“scale standard”.Evaluated the diffent tables of arranging thetime of athletic meeting,getted a perfecter table.The problem of class pentathlon (Attribute to field or far track or short track ) was discussed and solved. Compare the pentathlon to five items. Next compare the field according to the item.Proposed comprehensive athletic meeting management system with high information processing ability. Realized using computer to process the information of athletic meeting management system.
