&&&&凭借师生个人的校园一卡通，即可免费借用一辆公共自行车，在校园内绿色、低碳出行……9月6日，同济大学2014级本科新生报到入学当天，该校在四平路校区推出首批200辆经由废旧自行车翻新再利用的公益自行车，吸引了一拨拨新学子前来借用，成为同济园又一道“绿色”风景线。
&&&&据了解，一直以来，高校校园内普遍存在废旧自行车长期闲置、破旧损坏、无人使用现象，由此挤占校园公共空间，影响校园道路交通。如何处理这些废旧自行车已成为高校的棘手难题。
&&&&今年暑假期间，同济大学校办、保卫处等多个部门合作，将校园内一批废旧、无主，经法定程序公示后无人认领的自行车资源进行整合、翻新，变身为"校园公益自行车"，免费借给师生校内使用，倡议师生以步行、骑车等方式绿色出行。这些自行车统一漆成绿色，贴有“同济公益自行车”标识，每辆车都有编号。
&&&&昨天是绿色自行车上路的第一天，在图书馆前的自行车借还点，不少新同学当即掏出刚刚办好的校园一卡通，办理自行车借用手续。刚刚借到自行车、正准备骑往宿舍的土木工程学院2014级新生小谭同学说:“本来准备来校后就买一辆自行车，想不到学校推出了这项自行车借用服务，为我们带来了方便。”

回收旧自行车，翻新后出租或出售 90后大学生3年收入近15万 2011年9月，刚考入河南工业大学的焦爱芬就开始了她的公益事业，在不到3年的时间里，“绿色郑州行”创行团队在这个90后女孩儿的带领下，用回收、翻新校园废弃自行车，再以出租、出售的方式收益近15万元，先后帮助85名贫困大学生用自己的双手改善生活状况。郑州晚报记者 张竞昳/文 马健/图 毕业季，废弃自行车散落大学校园 每年的毕业季，高校都会集中爆发一次“自行车大遗弃”，随着毕业生的陆续离校，那些曾经不可或缺却再无用武之地的自行车们，被主人们弃置，散落在校园的各个角落。 2011年，19岁的焦爱芬考入河南工业大学，刚刚成为大学生的她，怀着满腔热情加入了学校的创行团队，成为“绿色郑州行”的队长。怎样将校园里被弃置的自行车重复利用起来，成为“绿色郑州行”团队成员首先考虑的问题。通过调研和思考，大家初步决定把这些无主的废旧自行车搜集起来，根据新旧程度进行分类，再分别加以利用。 2011年9月，漂亮女生焦爱芬开始和她的队员们一起，为“拯救”高校废弃自行车而努力。“我们的愿望是，通过对废旧自行车的循环再利用，创造经济价值，帮助有梦想的贫困大学生。”焦爱芬说，团队之所以将行动命名为“绿色郑州行”，是因为这个名字不仅涵盖了项目的内容，更说出了所有团队成员最想达到的目标和活动本身的意义。 “旧车换新颜”再创新价值 经过对校园自行车棚和周边二手车市场的实地调查，焦爱芬和同学们研究出了集“回收、翻新、租赁、出售、工艺品”为一体的废旧自行车循环利用模式。 他们回收了大量被弃置的自行车，再将它们分类、翻新，通过租赁和出售的方式实现资源重复利用，同时将废弃的零部件，譬如车胎、车把手等制作成工艺品，在校园里宣传。 “我们学校有个自由人自行车行，租卖新自行车，车行是师兄师姐创业开的，生意很不错。我们主动上门联系，跟他们达成合作意向后，招募了一些家境贫困的同学过去观摩学习自行车的维修、翻新技术，同时在校园搜集废弃自行车。” 刚开始，回收进行地并不顺利，焦爱芬和同学们遇到了不少困难，最难解决的就是弃置自行车的归属问题。“前期，出现过很多次意外，譬如有些自行车看似无人认领，却被车主找回，类似这种情况让我们很为难。”为了避免这种现象再次发生，焦爱芬在学校后勤部的帮助下，在宿舍楼下张贴公告，低价回收同学们不再使用的自行车，明确物权，避免纠纷。 3年收入近15万元，帮扶85名贫困大学生 不到四成新的，20元回收，四六新的，60元回收，七九新的，100元回收。车子翻新后，用于出租或者出售。对外出租，按天计价，每辆每天收费5元、8元、10元不等。出售价格分80元、180元两档。 “春秋两季，也就是每年的3月中旬至5月中旬和9月初至11月初，是自行车租赁的旺季，同学们常常组织郊游，出租价格相对高一些，租车的人也比较多。”焦爱芬说，与出租相比，出售自行车的回报相对高一些，资金回收得也快。 截至去年底，他们共对外出租自行车8000多次，收入6万多元；卖出翻新二手车近600辆，收入8.5万余元。除去回收自行车和翻新的支出，团队将所得的利润全部用于帮助生活困难的大学生，共帮扶了85人。 “绿色郑州行”的账本上，记录了近3年来，团队成员的付出和收获。他们通过这样的模式，不仅解决了弃旧自行车资源浪费的问题，同时还推广了绿色出行的环保理念。 入围“创新挑战赛”十强，希望更多的年轻人做公益 目前，“绿色郑州行”项目进展顺利，在去年的“创响新生代”康师傅创新挑战赛中，“绿色郑州行”入围十强，这让焦爱芬和她的团队备受鼓舞。获奖团队先后在两岸16个城市开展了22场校园巡讲，与近5000名两岸青年现场分享了他们的公益经历，倡议更多的年轻人身体力行做公益，从自身做起，从小事出发，关心他人、关注社会，发扬爱心与责任感。 “希望绿色郑州行的自行车可以带着我们在公益的路上越走越远，也希望用公益和环保的力量让郑州这座城市充满生机。”对于未来，焦爱芬和同学们信心十足，他们希望这个项目可以复制到更多高校和社区，并促进短途租赁网和智能租车系统的建立，将绿色出行的理念贯穿到生活的每一处。
