－我国民营企业人力资源管理剖析
伴随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展以及现代企业制度的建立，企业的良性、长远发展愈来愈成为经济繁荣的中流砥柱，在企业的实际运营管理过程中，人力资源已逐步彰显其对于传统物力资源的优先重要性，成为企业的核心资源。人力资源管理对于企业发展的重要作用已成为企业家及业界的共识，“成事在人”，人的因素也正日益成为企业实现自身目标战略的一个不可或缺的关键，因此人力资源管理的好坏层次，将直接决定企业在未来竞争中的命运，势必会成为企业维系竞争优势的核心要素。
民营企业是一朵瑰丽的奇葩，近年来的蓬勃发展，使其一跃成为国民经济发展的重要组成部分。然而圈囿于民营企业发展阶段、管理理念以及自身制度完善的程度等原因，与其发展现状相悖的是，许多企业的人力资源管理呈现薄弱的现状，出现许多不尽完善、亟待解决的实际问题。人力资源管理的发展现状无疑会成为民营企业实现自身战略目标的羁绊。
针对目前我国民营企业现状，结合吸收现行的理论研究思路，本文从企业人力资源管理基本概念和重要性出发，剖析我国民营企业人力资源管理的特性，继而探讨目前整个民营企业人力资源发展中存在的问题，并于其中穿插模拟案例的方式，假想出一个具有普遍意义的发展中民营企业，试举出其实际人力资源管理操作中出现的人员流动、考核激励不到位等困惑，试图从员工满意度、母子公司绩效考核方案具体设计的角度给出符合目前民营企业现状的解决之道。
