英文投了国际会议，中文还能投国内期刊吗
我前段时间投了一篇英文稿件给一国际会议，录用了，说是会EI检索，也填了版权转让。但是看到论坛里不少人说某些承诺会被EI检索的其实后来都不能被检索，我也很担心我这篇国际会议论文的命运。所以想问下，我那篇英文稿件的中文版还能投到国内的其它期刊不？
:(好像是不能，但是我也有这个情况，会议论文够呛能被EI了 当然不可以了，这个，一稿多投啊:D 中文不清楚。。。不过会后一般都可以修改扩充投国外的SCI（只要会议论文没有在杂志发表，Ei检索了没关系）。。。

RETAINED RIGHTS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Authors/employers may reproduce or authorize others to reproduce the Work, material extracted verbatim from the Work, or derivative works for

关于修改IEEE会议论文的紧急求助
最近投了一个国内举办的IEEE国际会议，会议已经开完了，但是我发现论文里面有几个低级错误，具体是有个参考文献忘记标注了，论文里有个“”，其它还有一个图片标注错误。现在会议已经开完了，但是proceedings还没发下来，我想修改，查到坛子里之前有出现过这种情况，见http://emuch.net/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1369222。我给会议的editor发了邮件，说proceedings已经fix了，不能再修改了，但现在并未入IEEE的库，我继续给editor说把改过后的文章入库，他不回我了。请问我现在应该联系谁呢？而且我应该怎么说呢？我联系过&conference-ops&&conference-ops@ieee.org&，但是回我说他们还没有收到稿子。请问现在我应该怎么做呢？
但回信中有这样一段话：
Your recent request to correct an error in your work has been brought to my attention for review and response. The IEEE does not have a policy for correcting full-text document (e.g., PDF) in our Xplore Digital Library.&&Instead, however, if an error is discovered, I am authorized to correct the IEEE metadata record (bibliographic record, which includes the abstract, author name, paper title, etc.) and add an annotation to this bibliographic view in IEEE Xplore to describe the error to users.
可不可以理解为入库后就不能再更改了呢？只能改元数据的意思是不是在Xplore下载页面标注我的错误呢？这个是不是最坏的结果了呢？
