请教鞋内（注意是鞋内，不是鞋底）后跟磨损的问题（图）

不知道各位有没有这个情况
就是鞋子内衬的脚后跟处很容易磨损，经常鞋面，鞋底都还很好，但是后跟处却是摸出洞来。。。
比如我今天新买的RIDER 11，傍晚刚去跑了5KM，但是回家脱鞋子一看，后跟处已经跟袜子摩擦后，出现了好些小棉球。这样下去，肯定又是鞋面鞋底还很好，但是后跟又是一个洞了......
不知各位是如何处理这个情况的？

有两双adi的休闲鞋也是这样，跑鞋暂时还没出现这样的情况，磨破了也不影响跑步啊
破了之后，貌似会松一些。如果破到外层的硬质层了，就会影响舒适了
建议看看是不是包裹性不够，跑动的时候后跟这里经常摩擦？
鞋带上上紧，不要让这个部位松动，不知道会不会有效果。
以上，菜鸟的个人建议。高手请指正，不要喷啊。

还有就是你系鞋带是不是弄到最后一个孔了？以至于跑步之后后跟内侧衬网和袜子在你落地的一瞬间摩擦很大，时间一长就出问题了~~

最后一个孔就是起到固定脚后跟的，不系到最后一个，跑步后跟松动，摩擦更严重

我的上一双跑鞋右脚那只就破到里面的硬质层了，结果把脚都给磨破了，害得我跑进药店去买创可贴。

谁说and so不能连用，就因为那道pp题么？？？那解释一定对么，别人对不对一定要靠自己客观思考就清楚了。so 和 thus是一个意思，但为什么and thus 到处都在用呢？ &既然and thus 可以，为什么and so就不连用呢。实际上是，gmat语法中某道题固定的搭配正确了，在另一道题中可能会是错的。题目不同，答案肯定不同。不能生搬硬套，更不能可笑的怀疑答案有问题（虽然不否认极少极少极少极少数答案是有歧义） 这道题重点不在and so，而在划线的第一个动词restricted。 这题过程是一读下来只剩下最后两个。原文d是 ：一个句子，所以一个过去分词作为结果（restricted修饰前面的青蛙）E是：因为一个句子，所以一个句子。显然E比D好，做完了。切记，不能生搬硬套，不然会遇到很多反例的，做对做错都是一个概率问题。希望能帮到你！

and therefore/thus可以连用，是因为therefore/thus翻译为因此的时候是adv. , 而so作为连词时才有&因此&的意思，故这里的so作为adv.应该翻译成&确是如此,正是那样&。再看句意：与普通青蛙..不同，内华达山脉的山蛙需要3-4年成熟，这样的话，它们就被限制在更深的水域...没有歧义吧？
