英雄榜“风云震”在京举行赛前称重仪式
  英雄榜18&风云震&28日下午在京举行了赛前称重仪式,将参加此次赛事主赛争夺的中国选手孔韩冬表示,希望与对手联袂为观众奉献一场精彩的比赛。&&& 作为中国首个MMA格斗赛事的英雄榜18将于7月30日晚间在北京奥体中心举行&风云震&的较量。据了解,本次&风云震&将共有10场比赛,其中首次安排赛中赛,即两对77公斤级选手参加的四人锦标赛。在此次四人锦标赛获胜的选手将在未来有机会争夺该级别的金腰带。28日下午,赛事组织方安排了20名参赛选手进行赛前称重。按照惯例,以往格斗类赛事的称重仪式会在比赛前一天进行,但此次称重距离比赛时间还有两天。对此,英雄榜赛事创始人毕思安表示,安排称重提前进行是为了避免参赛选手在赛前通过激烈的脱水来减重,是从保护运动员和保护赛事安全角度出发。&&& 本次赛事除7场垫场赛外,法国选手塔希尔&哈迪与日本选手佐佐木有生以及美国选手亚当&汤森和巴西名将朱尼尔&阿松桑之间的较量引人瞩目。而本次赛事的主赛将在中国选手孔韩冬和韩国选手郑多运之间展开较量。展望周末即将开始的这场比赛,孔韩冬表示他已在技术上做好了备战,其他的就看临场发挥。孔韩冬坦言,能够参加主赛是他的人生愿望之一,他希望能够在30日的比赛中和郑多运用一场酣畅淋漓的大战来奉献给观众。

赛前称重邹市明过关

  【擂台】  新京报澳门讯&(记者王春秋)昨日上午,“金光决战2”职业拳赛选手称重仪式在澳门威尼斯人酒店举行,邹市明以112磅一次过关,而帕奎奥的挑战者阿尔吉里“裸称”后仍超重0.2磅,只得接受补测。  今日垫场的大连拳手曲鹏率先上秤。据他介绍,赛前一周突击降重,“特别是这两天,基本上不吃不喝。”正赛的两位主角帕奎奥和阿尔吉里有喜有忧。菲律宾拳王以143.9磅过关,而阿尔吉里摘下项链、脱掉内裤上秤后,体重为144.2磅,超了0.2磅。他只得继续出汗。  邹市明在教练罗奇的陪同下上秤,大屏显示其体重是112磅,顺利过关。邹市明为这场比赛狂减10斤,称重前一天还在突击减重,“这是我最后一次比较大的出汗。奥运会打一场称一场,周期较长,而职业赛称重后要好好静养、休息,明天才有足够的精力。”  从外形来看,邹市明要比今日的对手坤比七高半头,但后者更显壮实。两人这场比赛,被安排在今日帕奎奥与阿尔吉里的正赛之前。<INPUT type=checkbox value=0 name=titlecheckbox sourceid="SourcePh" style="display:none">

Harry告诉我们这期的专栏他要写一写参赛拳手的心路历程。在翻译这篇文章的时候,我仿佛被拽回了两个月前自己备战参赛的那段日子,决定参赛的兴奋、备战训练的痛苦、体力透支的绝望、自信心的崩塌和重建……希望通过这篇文章,能让大家了解一个格斗教练和他的拳手为了比赛所经历的。站上拳台从来不是一件容易的事。但也没有什么困难,是不能逾越的。

“What the hell am I doing here?”

This common question I use to contemplate before I walked into the ring before my fights. In this week’s piece of writing I want to let everyone into the head of a fighter leading up to a fight. From the moment the fighter know they are matched up. To the moment, they walk out of the ring.
这是我每次参加比赛走上拳台前,脑海里都会深思的问题。通过这周的专栏,我想带大家进入到即将参加比赛的拳手的大脑里,看看从确定参赛的那一刻起,到结束比赛走出拳台,这一路是怎么走过来的,以及他们到底都在想些什么。
Through my years in the fight game, one of my jobs as a trainer and coach is that I needed to support my fighters both mentally and physically. The mentality of a fighter can win or lose a fight even before a single punch is thrown. If the fighters’ head is not in the right place, I will cancel their fight without hesitation.
在我从事格斗的这些年,作为教练的职责之一就是给我的拳手提供足够的支持,身体上的,和心理上的。拳手的心理状态甚至可以在不出一拳的情况下就决定一场比赛的成败。如果拳手的心理状态不够好,我会毫不犹豫地取消比赛。
The fight is confirmed

Let’s start with the moment a fighter receives news they are matched up and have a fight on a specific date. Two most common reactions I get are “Ok, what weight? When do we start prepping” this is the best mindset a professional athlete can be in. They are ready and they will put everything they have into the fight camp. The second reaction I would get is“Really? When is the fight?” “What weight do I need to be?” or some excuse could be as “Ohh, my ankle is still hurting from the sparring session from 6 months ago, can I still fight?” HAHAHA.. Some fighters will always be ready to fight whenever they are asked. Some fighters will only fight when they are ready.
那么就从一个拳手接到比赛配对的消息,并获知了具体比赛日期的时刻开始说说吧。通常我会见到两种很有代表性的反应。第一种:“OK,什么重量级?我们什么时候开始备战?”这是一个心理状态极佳的专业运动员会作出的反应。他们已经准备好了,并且会全情投入到接下来的备战训练中。而第二种反应是:“啊,真的吗?什么时候比啊?”“我得减到多重?”或者是一些莫名其妙的借口,比如“噢…6个月前那次实战训练我脚踝受的伤到现在还疼呢,我还能打比赛吗?”哈哈哈…一些拳手会随时为比赛做好准备,无论何时都能站上擂台。而另一些拳手则只能在他们准备好时才能接受比赛。

Fight camp usually starts 4-6 weeks out from the set date of the fight. This will depend on their physical condition and weight. We start to work and pick up the conditioning of the fighter. Through this period, the fighter is usually hating me, their physical condition is nowhere near fighting fit. Some basic skills will need adjusting. This means alot of shouting and pushing the fighter to get their butt working as hard as they can. They are more physical exhausted every day than anything. I need to make sure they are mentally strong and give them encouragement throughout the entirety of the fight prep. Emotional wise, the fighter isn’t feeling too much pressure.
备战训练通常会在比赛前4到6周开始,这也取决于他们的身体状态和体重。我们会帮拳手逐渐进入状态。在这个阶段,我的拳手通常会对我咬牙切齿,因为他们的身体状态还远不能胜任比赛。一些基础的技巧还急需调整。这意味着我会对他们非常严厉,大声吼他们,逼他们拼劲全力。他们会比任何时候都更筋疲力尽,所以我要确保他们的心理足够坚强,在整个备战过程中给他们鼓励,让拳手精神上不要感受到太大压力。

Now we’re at 3 weeks out from fight date. The fighter is feeling the frustration with both their performance and their weight not dropping fast enough. During sparring, they will easily get frustrated and question their abilities. They will feel “why can’t I get anything right?” I will change their workout routine to make sure we are adjusting towards the fight. The fighter needs reassurance and encouragement at this time. Their diet has now changed, nothing tasty and fulfilling. The road just gets rougher as we push onto two weeks out.
现在我们进入到了比赛前的倒数第三周。拳手会被两件事情极度困扰,一个是比赛表现,另一个就是不能有效减重。在实战对打训练中,他们更加容易焦虑,怀疑自己的实力。他们会想“为什么我什么都做不好呢?”。我会调整训练方式以适应比赛,同时给拳手更多信心、打消焦虑。他们的饮食也变得索然无味、干巴巴。通往赛前倒数第二周的路越来越艰难。

A fortnight out, the weight isn’t where the fighter think they should be at. They are constantly feeling the pressure either from themselves or others asking about their fight and weight. The fighter’s confidence now might be at an all-time low. “What’s the point?” They start to question themselves and the fight. As training intensifies, some fighter do breakdown. To me, once they break like this. It’s nothing but road to“Easyville”. Though as a trainer during this period, we have to be stern. Stern, but fair. But as a coach, you are their backbone. For them to be strong, you as a trainer need to keep it together.
一个星期了,体重仍然没有减到拳手所预期的重量。他们持续感受到的压力来自自己和周遭不停询问备赛情况和体重的声音。这一时期,拳手的自信心应该是一路跌入谷底。“我到底图什么?”他们会开始质疑自己和拳赛的意义。伴随着训练强度与日剧增,很多拳手在这个阶段就彻底崩溃了。而对我来说,他们只要熬过了这个阶段,就再也没有什么能难得住了。但作为教练在这个阶段仍然要极端严厉,严厉但也公正。教练是拳手的精神支柱和靠山,必须保证自己的坚定,才能给到拳手最有力的支持。

We’re at the home stretch now, one week left before fight night. The fighter should be around 2-3 Kgs heavier than their agreed fight weight. This week, it’s our last opportunity to adjust any fine details in their arsenal. I really drop the hammer now. Really making sure everything I say is going into their head. There isn’t room for mistakes.The fighters mind is somewhat at a “zombie” state. They are absorbing everything I say and not thinking about anything else but the fight that iscoming up. Their weight is now in my hands, making weight is this first and biggest hurdle for the fight.
即将看到胜利的曙光!我们终于坚持到了比赛前一周。这时候拳手大概会比自己比赛的重量级重2-3公斤。这一周,是最后可以调整细节的战术准备时间。所以我也放下凶残的“屠刀”,以保证我说的每个字他们都真的听进去并铭记在心里了,不给失误一点点机会。在这个时期,拳手的大脑大概像一个僵尸之城,弥漫着我说过的所有话和即将迎来的拳赛,再无其他。他们的体重此刻都掌控在我的手里了,控制体重是眼前的第一要务。

Weight cut starts two nights out before the fight. Normally the fighter weighs in one night before the actual fight. So the night before the weigh ins, we start the weight cut. Best case scenario, the fighter should be sitting around 3kgs over fight weight. But this isn’t always the case. This is where we really see fighters come out of them. The toughness shines. How do we get rid of 5kgs in 24 hours? Very strong mindset is required.
最后一轮减重在比赛前两天进行。通常拳手称重会安排在赛前一天。因此在倒数第二晚,我们需要极速减重。理想情况是拳手距离比赛重量级还有3kg要减掉,但实际情况往往出入很大。于是,令拳手们最最痛不欲生、脱胎换骨、涅槃重生的挑战来了。如何在24个小时之内减重5kg?基本全靠强大意志力在撑了吧。
We started off with the fighter wearing a sweat suit under their jumper and track pants. We start to do pads, their body temperature raises very quick, sweat start to form. Try to imagine you’re running and skipping in a sauna. Your body wants water, wants you to cool down. Your mind is starting to play tricks on you. You think 10 minutes is the length of one hour. You think about how sweet water tastes, but you can’t drink any. It’s has been around 5 hours since you had anything to eat. They are so hungry and they think “ I can eat a horse”.
首先,要在训练卫衣和裤子里面套上发汗服。开始打靶,拳手体温上升,逐渐出汗。想象一下,那种感觉类似于在桑拿房里持续跑步跳跃。身体开始需要水分来自我降温。大脑开起了玩笑,让你觉得短短的10分钟仿佛有一个小时那么长。你渴望着甘甜的水,但是却一滴都不能喝,而且是在你已经五个小时粒米未进的情况下。他们饿到会在内心里呐喊“我能吃下一匹马”。
This is where mind over matter really kicks in. You have to keep your mind on the goal. You are a walking time bomb, ready to explode at any give time. Everything ticks you off. This is when as a trainer, you will need to keep the fighter calm, relaxed and cool headed. Keep reminding them why we’re here, what we are doing this for. Most important of all, they believe in themselves.
此时,意念的力量开始发挥作用,你必须把全部精神聚焦在你的目标上。你像一个行走的定时炸弹,随时会被任何一点火苗一点就着,发生剧烈的爆炸。对于教练来说,让拳手冷静、放松,并保持清醒的头脑变得至关重要。要时刻提醒他们到底为什么在做这件事,又是如何走到今天。最重要的是,要让他们笃定地相信自己。

“Nearly there”
On the day of the weigh ins, the fighter is drained. They are nothing but a walking zombie. An empty shell that is exhausted, hungry and thirsty. Sleep was pretty much non-existent the previous night. As they sit at the weigh in ceremony we are close to getting replenished again. Th the weight comes in as per agreement. Their mind is starting to clear as they take the first sip of liquids in the last 24hours. They take a few bites of their first meal. The inner fighter is starting to come back. “Nearly there”, They are half way there. Mind is not thinking about the fight, but taking in the moment of the accomplishment they just completed. We head back to the hotel. They are starting to feel exhausted and realize how much their body has been punished in the last 24 hours. Rest is eminent.
称重日,拳手的身体已经快要枯竭了。此刻的他们完全就是行走的僵尸,一具筋疲力尽的躯壳,又渴又饿。前一天晚上的睡眠几乎等于没有。但当他们坐在称重仪式上,我们也就离满血复活不远了。他们跳上磅秤,达到协议约定的体重。于是在阔别24小时终于又喝到了第一口水以后,他们的头脑开始清晰起来。简单地吃几口东西,他们内心里的战士又回来了,胜利在望,已经成功一半了。此刻他们不会再思考关于比赛的事,而是短暂享受着刚刚完成的阶段性胜利。我们回到酒店,他们开始觉得精疲力竭,并且意识到自己的身体是如何在过去24个小时里备受折磨的。此刻休息是最重要的。

“Can we do this?”
This is it, the day of the fight. Fights normally start around late afternoon. Morning, everyone is chirpy, we chat about the past few weeks. Keeping the fighter mind clear, quick discussion on why we’re here and what our game plan is. Time passes slow during this day. Anxiety is not yet a factor until we are on our way to the venue. We arrive at the venue the excitement of the surroundings are overwhelming. The fighter has gone into their own little world. Quiet with their earphones on. Anxiety is at an all-time high. Time is slow. They want to get the fight over and done with. They ask me “Can we do this?”
“Are we going to be ok?” I answer, “Of course we are ok!” “Of course, we are going to win.” inside, I’m more nervous than them. We are about one fight away from our fight.
终于到了这一天,比赛日!拳赛通常会在下午晚些时候开始,早上每个人都很活泼,我们会聊聊过去几周发生的事。为了保持拳手的头脑清醒,我会和他们讨论我们为什么会在这里,以及我们比赛的计划是什么。这一天的时间会过得很慢。在我们到达赛场之前,都还不会特别感受到焦虑。我们到达会场时,周围的兴奋之情势不可挡。此刻拳手已经进入了他/她自己的小世界,戴着耳机格外安静。焦虑的情绪在此刻达到最高值,连时间都放慢了脚步。他们希望快快打完比赛捱过这一切,他们问我“我们能做到吗?”“我们会一切顺利吗?”我回答“当然,我们可以的。”“当然,我们一定会赢的。”然而在内心里,我比拳手还要紧张。我们距离比赛只有一步之遥。

My fighter and I come together, I pray and bless them. On with the MongKong. We hug, tell them I’m there every step of the way. We walk out into the lights and the crowd. Head up chest out, onward wemarch. My fighters’ eyes are blank, reality is here, what we worked for the last 4 weeks is right now. The fighter is now feeling very lonely. This is when you feel you are helpless. There is no way out, you’re here to fight. You’re on your own. Only thing that can help you is the referee. This is when a trainer’s voice can calm the fighter down. A good fighter will use their ears and mind to listen and do what they are told. “I have come a long way.” This is it, they tell themselves. The ref says “Red corner are you ready? Blue corner are you ready?” The bell goes DING!
我和我的拳手走到一起,头戴“蒙空”,我为他们祈愿祝福、相互拥抱。我告诉他们我会一直陪伴在那里,然后我们气势非凡地走进炫目的灯光和热闹的观众群中。拳手此时目无其他,只有真实的比赛,那个我们在过去四周里为之而奋斗的比赛就在眼前。强烈的孤独感是随之而来的,感到无助、无处藏身,只能站上去,独自战斗。在场上唯一能帮得了你的就事裁判了。而来自教练的声音,则可以让你冷静下来。一个优秀的拳手会用耳朵和头脑去接受教练的指令,并且照做。“我已经为之付出了这么多努力”,一切都在此刻了,他们这样告诉自己。裁判说:“红方准备好了吗?蓝方准备好了吗?” 比赛的铃声敲响!

Throughout the fight, I scream out instructions. They listen, they do they are told. Break between rounds, water and instructions. They tell me they are fine, and no problems. I reassure them, this is just 9 minutes of your life. Put everything you have into it. The 3 rounds are finished, the fight is over. We hug, I’m proud of them. The decision of who got the victory is about to be read out. More anxiety kicks in, there feree reads out, we’re in the blue corner. The referee says, “Thewinner is……………”
整个比赛过程我都会声嘶力竭地对我的拳手喊指令,他们听到后照做。在回合间的休息时间,我一边继续指导一边给他们喝水。我会说:“刚才做的不错,你没问题的。” 我也会尽可能缓解他们的压力:“这只是你生命中短短的9分钟。你必须全力以赴!”。三个回合之后,比赛结束。我们拥抱在一起,我为他们而骄傲。接下来就是宣布比赛结果的时刻,更多的紧张情绪席卷而来。我们是蓝方,而裁判念出:
“获胜的是…………”
