　　深圳晚报记者汪仕林报道 昨天，在会展中心梅花厅国际象棋赛场来了一位特殊的观众，一位78岁的老科学家专门赶赴现场观看大运会国际象棋比赛，这位老棋迷已经有30多年的看国象的习惯了。　　昨天上午10点20分，一位老者在特级大师谢军教练和工作人员陪同下，来到比赛现场认真地观看年轻人的比赛。这位老者叫钟国柱，是中国著名的焊接专家、哈尔滨工业大学教授，从事航天神舟飞船返回舱技术的专家，杨利伟乘坐的神舟三号返回舱就包含有钟教授的智慧。他也是国务院表彰的若干名功臣之一，前几年才解密退休，经过特批选择深圳居住养老。　　据钟教授和他儿子介绍，他早在学生时代就对体育感兴趣，上世纪七八十年代喜欢上国际象棋，从我国第一个国际女子特级大师刘适兰，到现在的特级大师谢军、诸宸等，他都很喜欢看她们的比赛，当年谢军在沈阳和前苏联选手的比赛，他全程都看了，对国际象棋简直到了入迷的程度。他认为，国际象棋就像足球一样是在全世界流传最广的运动之一，深圳作为一个年轻的城市，深圳大运会第一次把国际象棋纳入比赛项目，他感到非常骄傲，所以这个机会不容错过。为了不打扰选手们的比赛，钟老回到观众区通过屏幕观看了很久才离开。(责任编辑：kuner)
