他们的那套好像是健美用的?楼主如果想踢腿快的话,手先掌握出腿方式,(我是按武术方式)一:你的脚步力量,二:你的腰步力量及你的腿部速度!光一条腿是踢不出多快的,比如你起一次边腿(参考散打边腿),首先脚尖发力,紧接着扭动你的腰,用腰步带动大腿,然后猛力甩出小腿,同时绷直你的脚背,记住,速度要快,动作要连贯,只有聚集全身之力才能发出集力量、速度与一身的腿!至于腰步力量嘛,经常踢腿的话腰步力量就会增加的!呵呵,我目前的腿速能达到一秒钟踢两次,用腿风能把花瓣踢掉!好了,祝楼主的腿功以后越来越厉害!
