湖北日报讯
（记者龚雪、通讯员易继华）在武网赛事进行期间，昨日“汤逊湖网球论坛”在武汉城市职业学院举行，来自全国23家省市网球协会、40多家网球俱乐部总监与会。武网赛事总监易国庆坦言：“武汉大型网球赛事日益增加，但职业网球管理人才稀缺。找一名合适的运营人才，更是难上加难。”
据易国庆介绍，武网第二季招募了700多名志愿者服务赛事。“职业网球人才稀缺，想找一名懂经营，能管理，会策划，有经验，还懂国际规则的人，实在是太难了，然而这正是目前最需要的人才。”据记者了解，我省华师、湖大和武汉体院都开设了网球运动相关专业，而只有武汉体院和武汉城市职业学院设有职业网球赛事相关专业。据武汉城市职业学院负责人介绍，该校自2013年增设了国际网球赛事运营管理专业，每年招生60人。该专业的人才供不应求，目前首届学生还未毕业，已被多家网球俱乐部看中预定。
