&扑通&随着一阵水花溅起，我跳入了水中，像鱼儿一样在水中快乐地游着。学会了游泳，躺在水的怀抱中，惬意地慢慢游动着，那种感觉棒极了!如今，回想起当初学习游泳的过程，虽然让我吃尽了苦头，但同时也得到了许多生活的启示。
小时候，我很怕水，尤其是不敢把头扎入水中。学习游泳时，我怎么也不肯练习憋气，教练和妈妈费尽了心思，我才勉强同意试一试。我极不情愿地跳入水中，吸了一口气，猛地把头扎入水中，但立刻又把头抬出了水面，原来，因为我动作过猛，水钻进了鼻孔，呛得我连连咳嗽，难受极了。&哼，&我生气地嘟囔道，&练习憋气太难了，我再也不学游泳了!&正当我准备向困难低头时，几个和我年龄相仿的孩子如快乐的鱼儿般从我身边游过，&看，为什么他们都游的这么好，而我却学不会呢?我可不能轻易被这小点儿困难吓倒啊!&&吸一口气，把头扎入水中，一定要用嘴把气吐出来，千万不要呼吸&&&教练的话又回荡在我耳边。我定了定神，一咬牙，深深吸了一口气，小心翼翼地把头扎入水中，慢慢把气吐出，看着水中一串串晶莹的气泡在向上欢快地奔跑着，我的心也豁然开朗&是啊!&世上无难事，只怕有心人&。原来困难只是一只纸老虎，能把你吓倒，却不能把你打败，我现在不也成功了吗?&我把头抬出了水面，心中溢满了成功的喜悦。&太好了，我终于学会憋气啦!&我兴奋地拍打着水面，望着朵朵洁白的水花四处飞溅，不禁欢呼起来，
最终，我学会了游泳，同时也得到了一个珍贵的启示&&面对困难，不低头，不屈服，并勇敢地去克服困难，战胜困难，成功就会属于你。
