欧洲冠军联赛（英语：UEFA Champions League），简称欧冠联赛、欧冠直播、欧冠杯、冠军杯，是欧洲足联主办的年度足球比赛，代表欧洲俱乐部足球最高荣誉和水平，常被誉为全世界最高素质，最具影响力以及最高水平的俱乐部级赛事，亦是世界上奖金最高的足球赛事和体育赛事之一，估计每届赛事约有超过十亿电视观众透过人造卫星观看赛事。
首届赛事始于1955/56赛季，当时名为欧洲冠军俱乐部杯（European Champion Clubs' Cup），简称欧洲冠军杯（European Champion Cup）或欧洲杯（European Cup），参赛球队只有欧洲足球协会所属成员国的本土联赛冠军。1990年代，因回应欧洲部份富豪俱乐部另组联赛的挑战，欧洲足联对冠军杯连续进行了一系列改革。首先是赛季开始采用分组循环与淘汰赛并用的赛事体制，不再是传统意义上的纯杯赛。次年，即1992-93赛季，赛事也因此改称现在使用的“欧洲直播”，而旧有的名称“欧洲冠军俱乐部杯”则被套用于现在的冠军奖杯上。1997-98赛季，首次按照欧洲足联积分排名允许较强联赛的第二名参赛，此后逐年放宽限度，直到目前英格兰、德国、西班牙等顶级联赛的前四名均可参赛。算上欧洲冠军杯时代，皇家马德里一共9次夺冠，之后是7次夺冠的AC米兰，5次夺冠的拜仁慕尼黑和利物浦，以及4次夺冠的巴塞罗那和阿贾克斯。
