In 1984 Brent Nerguizian started his professional career in commercial real estate sales working for Landmark Land. During this time Brent closed several land and infill development transactions for commercial and multi-family projects.
In 1985 Brent Nerguizian became a real estate broker with a license to originate loans and worked for Ray Narayan & Associates, a real estate syndication, construction, and development company of multi-family properties. Brent’s position included assembling property, entitling and financing medium density residential development and overseeing of a portfolio with 600 units in the San Fernando Valley.
From 1987 and 1992 Brent formed his own company which completed 5 development entitlement partnership projects in Orange County. The development partnerships were formed into contracts for purchase of properties, procure development entitlements, and then market the property to syndicators or JV with other developers.
In 1992 Brent bought into Neptune Company, which was founded in 1974 to provide developers with additional working capital by converting their long-term utility and infrastructure reimbursement contracts into their current cash equivalent. Since Brent’s partnership, the Neptune Company has closed over 4,000 transactions.
In 1994 Brent bought out his partners and relocated the Neptune Company to Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Nerguizian expanded the scope of Neptune’s business interests to include investments in corporate finance and unrated government agency obligations.
Brent has created several affiliated business entities, which include: Neptune Company Asset Holdings, LLC, an investment holding company that primarily invests in developer infrastructure reimbursement contracts financed through the issuance of asset backed notes to its investors, Community Funding Inc. and Neptune Capital Company, LLC, both Arizona licensed mortgage brokers (inactive), as well as Private Lenders Funding Groups, LLC a commercial property loan fund.
In every investment venture or operating company, Brent is the managing general partner or CEO; his experience includes real property partnerships and syndication, construction and development, property management, and sales and marketing. Mr. Nerguizian has owned and operated several pooled investment funds, which in each case included investment underwriting and selection, all investor relations, issuance of securities, investor statements, operating entities, and all accounting through audit and tax returns.

Carla Gladden is a qualified controller with more than 15 years of accounting, bookkeeping and management experience. Before joining Neptune Company in 2004, Carla worked for a diverse range of organizations including small businesses and large corporations. She is efficient and conversant with QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Carla’s varied professional background with General Ledger, cash management, financial analysis, and budgeting has created the perfect foundation for her to implement and improve organizational performance and profitability within the company.
Carla is currently pursuing a master’s degree of business at Northern Arizona University. During her free time she loves to spend time outdoors hunting, camping and hiking with her husband and two children.

rhonda clark - sales and markeing executive
Rhonda and her husband met and became friends with Mr. Nerguizian in 1995.
In 1997 Rhonda left her 9 year position with American Express to join Neptune Company.
Rhonda has purchased around 2000 Water Agreements and has successfully developed lasting relationships with many Developers and Water Companies.
Although Rhonda’s main focus is to oversee the acquisition of Water Agreements, Tax Assessments, and various other types of agreement’s she is also invaluable to all aspects of the company.
