1、开启Adobe Pr 水银引擎方法
这个百度已经很详细
，就不重复写了。
2、After Effects CC 打开光线追踪
按照第1方法，也就是上述百度的方法对AE是行不通的。显示GPU(不支持)：

我们要在AE的安装目录下 X:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2014\Support Files ，找到游客，如果您要查看本帖隐藏内容请，用记事本打开，把显卡的型号加进白名单。再运行同目录的AEGPUSniffer.exe注册一下。如下图，“不支持”字眼消失了，但我这个显卡不是ADOBE官方公布的显卡名单。因此，我认为买显卡时还是应该参考官方测试的显卡名单更好些。

CUDA的加速过了中端显卡，性能与价钱的提升跟玩发烧音响一样样的。
