所有快件需征收基于油价指数的燃油附加费，详情请登录中外运敦豪网址：
1.对于体积重量大于实际重量的包裹将按国际航空运输的规定公式计算，重量=长X宽X高/5000=体积重量，实重与体积重量取大者收费；
2.客户交货时须提供商业发票，收件客户进口ID编号，以便目的国的及时清关，如因发货人不能提供有效商业发票及相关单证,我司不承担延误责任。
3.发货前请自行妥善包装，由于包装不妥导致物品损坏我司不负赔偿责任，如需我司特别包装请提前告知我司。
4.运费不含发票税金及目的地关税，如收件人拒付关税或拒收快件，由此产生的所有费用将自动更改为发货人支付；&
5.对于寄达非UPS常规服务区域派送的快件，将征收偏远地区服务费。收费标准每公斤3.5元人民币，每票最低收费180元人民币。
6.赔偿方法：如客户未购买保险时,我司按以下方法赔偿：文件最高赔偿人民币：100元/票，包裹最高赔偿人民币：800/票。&
7.单件货物重量不能超过68KG，包裹的长度与外围相加不能超过330厘米，单边长度不能超过270CM
8.任何最长边超过152厘米或者第二长边超过76厘米的包裹及任何单件实际重量超过32公斤的包裹,每箱货物需加收56元附加费.
9.如遇UPS公布价格及燃油附加费产生变化，我司保留在事先未通知的情况下修改价格的权利。
