3秒自动关闭窗口目的了解二级医院护理人员护理美学知识态度和行为现状;探讨影响护理人员对护理美学知识态度和行为的影响因素,有针对性地根据不同护士的特点,改变护理人员传统护理观,制订提高护理人员护理美学知识态度和行为的策略,提出建议,为下一步对二级护理人员护理美学干预提供理论依据。方法采取便利抽样的方法,抽取德州市三所二级医院440名护理人员作为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷,当场发放收回。被调查者纳入标准:获中华人民共和国卫生部颁发的中华人民共和国护士执业资格证书并在有效注册期间内,在医院从事临床护理工作的注册护士。采用问卷调查法,问卷分为两部分:(1)护理人员人口统计学资料,包括性别、年龄、出生地、是否独生子女、工作科室、职称、学历、工作年限;(2)护理美学知信行调查问卷。运用Excel2007中文版录入有效问卷,并对表格的有效性进行统一检查,问卷漏填项超过10%者被筛除,完全雷同问卷被剔除后,采用SPSS.17.0统计分析软件进行统计分析和处理。使用的统计学方法为描述性统计分析、t检验、方差分析和多元线性回归分析。结果(1)描述性分析结果显示101人(22.95%)接受过美学教育,339人(72.05%)未接受过美学教育;427人(97.05%)认为需要加强美学方面知识的学习,13人(2.95%)认为不需要。(2)t检验结果显示二级医院护理人员不同出生地、是否管理人员在量表总分及各维度上得分差异存在统计学意义(P$$0.05,P$$0.01);是否独生子女、临床与非临床护理人员得分差异无统计学意义(P$$0.05)。(3)单因素方差分析结果显示学历、工作年限、职称在量表总分及各维度上得分存在显著性差异(P$$0.01);不同政治面貌护理人员护理美学知识、态度两维度得分差异无统计学意义(P$$0.05),在行为得分上差异有统计学意义(P$$0.05)。(4)多元线性逐步回归分析显示工作年限和学历对二级医院护理人员护理美学知识得分高低有显著影响(P$$0.01),它们能解释28.7%的变异量;工作年限、学历、是否管理人员、职称和出生地对二级医院护理人员护理美学态度得分高低有显著影响(P$$0.01),它们能解释59.7%的变异量;学历、职称和政治面貌对二级医院护理人员护理美学行为有显著影响(P$$0.01),它们能解释26.6%的变异量。工作年限、学历、是否管理人员、职称对二级医院护理人员护理美学知信行总分有显著影响(P$$0.01),它们能解释75.6%的变异量。结论二级医院护理人员护理美学教育普及率不高,亟待加强。工作年限、学历、是否管理人员、职称是影响二级医院护理人员护理美知信行的主要因素。建议护理管理者采取措施强化护理美学知识培训,进一步规范护理美学行为,以顺应护理发展的需求,将护理美学与临床完好结合,提升护理服务品质,为患者提供优质高效的护理服务。
ObjectiveUsing nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior scale to look into the status quo of nurse in second-class hospitals, and find the related questions of nursing aesthetics. To discuss the influencing factors of nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses in secondary hospitals, formulate strategy of improving nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses in secondary hospitals, change the traditional concepts of nurse, completely improving the quality of nurse, in an effort to provide theoretical basis for the intervention of nursing aesthetics.Methods and ParticipantsA total of440nurse picked from3second-class hospitals in Dezhou were investigated with questionnaire about nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior and its influencing factors. The inclusion criterias was the clinical nurses working in the hospital who has acquired the Nursing Qualification Certificate of Behavior and within period of validity. The questionnaire was composed of two parts,(1) demographic information such as gender, age, birthplace, only child or not, department,educational background, professional title,(2) nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior scale.Results101nurses (22.95%) have been received aesthetical education, and339(72.05%) have not.427(97.05%) think that they should strengthen the study in aesthetical knowledge,13(2.95%) of them do not. There are significant statistical differences in terms of nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior in different birth plac There were no significant statistical differences in terms of nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior only child or not and clinical nurse or not. There are significant statistical differences in terms of nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior in different education background, working experience and titles, there was no significant statistical differences in terms of nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude in political landscape(P$$0.05), there are statistical differences in terms of nursing Work experience and education background had significant influence in nursing aesthetics knowledge (P$$0.01),which could explain28.7percent of variations of the adversity quotient. Work experience, education background, birth place, title and manager or not had significant influence in nursing aesthetics attitude (P$$0.01),which could explain59.7percent of variations of the adversity quotient. Work experience, title and political landscape had significant influence in nursing aesthetics behavior (P$$0.01),which could explain26.6percent of variations of the adversity quotient. Work experience and education background had significant influence in nursing aesthetics knowledge (P$$0.01),which could explain28.7percent of variations of the adversity quotient Work experience, education background,title and manager or not had significant influence in nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior (P$$0.01),which could explain75.6percent of variations of the adversity quotient.ConclusionThe nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurse in second-class hospital has yet to be improved. Work experience, education background,title and manager or not were the main influencing factors of nursing aesthetics knowledge, attitude and behavior. We suggest to train the nurses at different levels, include title, education, and discipline the aesthetical behavior of nurse in second-class hospitals, as the aim to integrate aesthetics into clinical nursing and improve the nursing service quality.
