  Abstract. Introduction   Badminton movement is the dominant sport of our school, its advantage lies not only the outstanding performance in competitions, but also in the scientific management of the sports teams. For most athletes, on the one hand, they need to learn the cultural knowledge, in order to accommodate to the future needs of the community; on the other hand, they must have hard scientific training to improve athletic performance. Therefore, how to combine the knowledge and training together is our long-term research topic. Over the years, we use the system of scientific theory and principle of the method to investigate the construction of sports teams, training and competitions, and professional learning management system, and explore the systems engineering management system for sport teams. In the work of this system, we have achieved good results. Coaches should inspect, analysis, and adjust the training program through feedback at anytime and anywhere, forming a more scientific and effective training system.   2. The research objects and methods   2.1 Research objects   There are 24 athletes and 2 coaches in Tianjin Badminton Team.   2.2 Research methods   Experimental accumulation, observation, empirical, analysis, logic   3. Analysis and discussion   Based on the system science theory, the contact between everything, every phenomenon and process in the world is objective existence, so one will be an incomprehensible and meaningless thing without the relationship and interaction of the condition around it. This means that things are always exists in a system, namely it is in some connection. Any system will form a larger system with its surrounding environment, therefore, any system is an element in a higher level, and any system elements itself, usually is a system of lower level. Based on this one principle, we divide the team management system into three subsystems: training and competition subsystem, athletes’ professional study management subsystem, and athletes’ life management subsystem.
  3.1 Training and competition system   3.1.1 The training target management   Training goal should have maneuverability. According to the training object, the goal can neither too large nor too low, for too large goal will discourage the enthusiasm of the athletes, and too low target can’t inspire the athlete's training enthusiasm, especially in the team sport, such as team, doubles and mixed doubles and so on. The training target, including both personal training target and training target, will make the athletes have clear tasks and diligent direction. The more specific and actual the athlete’s training target is, the easier it is to achieve. Only specify the training target to every training session and content can guarantee the quality of training. Set the target in a position between success and failure can most arouse the enthusiasm of people. As athletes, mostly in 11 to 14 years old, although whose psychological mechanism in the increasingly mature period, their psychological state often shows immaturity, instable, unbalanced characteristics, so in the sports training process, the amount and strength of sport shall be appropriate, improving their ability to enhance and perfect psychological ability and improving their psychological quality. Training goal decided by the coaches, must be modified and perfected through the training practice constantly. For example, the quantity of exercise is too large or too small, or a technology doesn't accord with the characteristics of the athletes, and so on. The coaches should verify analysis and adjust the training plan through information feedback at any time and place and form a more scientific and most effective training system.   3.1.2 The quality of coaches   The coach’s professional theory knowledge level refers to the rationality of the professional knowledge structure and degree of mastery. The coaches have a high level of professional theory knowledge, and solve athletes’ problems of stagnation, technical errors and education negligence with the professional technology and scientific management methods. The coaches can not only use their own knowledge to guide management work and reduce blindness in work, making the management work in line with the objective laws, but also can obtain more common language with athletes, improve psychological communication, producing self-confidence with each other. Coaches must be able to determine whether athletes can do a lot of anaerobic exercise training, whether the training program can improve athlete’s body quality. Coaches should be constant in learning and mastering new knowledge. During exploring the system, on the one hand, we should, according to the characteristics of the athletes, take advantage of various training means scientifically and effectively in order to achieve the best effect, on the other hand, we must grasp the feedback information based on the development tendency of changes, constant calibration target elements, and timely coordinate the relation of the subsystems, making their combination optimized, namely the optimization of training game management system structure. With the optimal structure of training management system, we can achieve good results in a series of competitions.
  3.2 Athletes’ professional study of the management system   3.2.1 The relationship between training and study   Knowledge study is a key point to improve athletic performance. Paying great attention to the athlete’s knowledge study is many coaches’ guiding ideology and customary practice, with a purpose of developing the athletes thinking, understanding and creation ability, improving the level of training and competition. Relatively speaking, athletes with broad scope will has strong ability of intellectual level, thinking ability and psychological self-control, high training efficient and more stable level of performance. It is proofed by the theory and practice experience that: sports training and knowledge study complement each other, and only athletes with higher levels of cultural knowledge have the foundation, conditions and the ability to accept the science training means and methods. With higher training level, high scores are on autopilot.   3.2.2 Balance study and training   Modern athletic sports development practice showed that, to make the movement's achievements reach a high level, training rules and scientific training principles must be followed and adequate training time should be ensured: systematically mastering basic theoretical knowledge must follow teaching rules and ensure enough time for study. But, in different stages of training and learning, training game has its training cycle and game peak, and learning also has its semester cycle and test time. According to the characteristics of badminton games, (such as Provincial Juvenile Badminton Competition and National Teenager Badminton Competition are arranged in July and August) we avoid training game peak and focus on systematically learning and tutorial courses in certain time.   3.3 Athletes’ life management system   3.3.1 The current situation of life management   Because athletes are too young, and poor in independent, and even worse, with the bad accommodation, a little room for seven or eight players, or upper and lower, the safety is hard to be ensured. There are really many difficulties in the management. Some athletes with the better family condition who have mobile phones, played games, sent messages after turning off the lights at night, which affecting rest and training, and some athletes didn’t eat properly, eating snacks at ordinary times, without guaranteeing diet, which also influence the training. Only with strict management, can the normal training be guaranteed.
  3.3.2 The content and methods of life management   Life management of athletes includes: clothing, food, accommodation, sleep, words and deeds. To manage the lives of the athletes is not an easy task, you need to make greater efforts. Our management in these four content focuses on consciousness, followed by the establishment of rules and regulations for the non - compliant system. So as to ensure the smooth progress of the training and competition and to secure good race results.   3.3.3 The sports team management measures   To develop the specification of the sports teams. The specification refers to the groups to determine the standards of conduct, but these norms are not the provisions of the movements of its members, but the provisions of the groups in the conduct of its members can accept and cannot tolerate the range. Different social groups have inherent behaviors and value judgments, its members will be difficult to survive without the cultural background. One of the important conditions for the exist of athletes is the consistency of the performance behavior, mood and attitude of unity. Only under the conditions of members of the sports teams interact with each other, the kind of process that close to each other, the convergence process, it is very important for the construction of its sports teams.   4. Conclusions and recommendations   By the exploration and research in practice, we believe that sports training and competition is a dynamic system, many elements in the system are in the change and development. Therefore, in this context, we should be good at grasping and correctly handling the relationship between local and global, to strengthen the level and objectives of management in order to make the management system of the sports teams to play a benefit.   In this paper, there are three sub-systems in the sports team management system, which are the sports training and competition subsystem, the management subsystem of athletes' academic performance, athletes life management subsystem, they are all relatively independent and each has a role, but also interrelate the complementary elements of composition. However, the relationship between them is not parallel or independence, they are in the same large system, and have difference of levels.   The implementation of the management system of the sports teams plays an important role to promote the level of training of sports teams, it grasps the learning of professional sports teams, and cultivates a high level athletes to promote a virtuous cycle of sports teams. The principle behind steaming shuttlecocks:
Steaming is one of the most effective current methods for increasing the durability of shuttlecocks and has the added advantage of being low cost. Some player live in dry areas and the weather conditions indirectly lead to the drying out of shuttlecock feathers. When hit, these dry shuttlecocks feathers lack resilience and can easily break. Steaming shuttlecocks involves using steam to directly increase the moistness of the feathers and this resolves the dryness problem.&
Shuttlecocks that have been steamed are softer and split or break less easily. In particular, in dry places or in low temperatures in winter, the effects of steaming will be more obvious. There are specialized shuttlecock steamers in the market that increase the use life of shuttlecocks and, if the reduction in the rate at which shuttlecocks are used is taken into account,the price isn&t too high. But, if you don&t have a steamer, never mind, there is another way you can steam shuttlecocks DIY and achieve the same benefits. Below we will how you how to steam shuttlecocks without a steamer:&
Steaming steps:
1. Before steaming, first identify which end of the tube is the exit mouth and which the entry mouth. The end at which the shuttlecock heads can be seen is the exit mouth.
2.&Place the shuttlecocks that are needed for next day&s play in the tube (choose one with an aluminum foil lining)
3. Prepare a kettle full of just-boiled water or use a thermos flask/cup and fill it with hot water. Open the front and back ends of the tube and place the entry mouth above the kettle or thermos flask/cup and let the steam rise into the tube (steam for about 30 secs.)
Let steam enter through the entry mouth and leave through the exit mouth.
Put the lids on and leave in place for 12 hours and then they can be used.
4. When steam begins to rise out of the exit mouth, move the tube away horizontally and then quickly put the lid back on the exit mouth and entry mouth to prevent the steam escaping.&
5.&Finally, leave with head up and feathers down &for 12 hours, after which time the job is done.
Points for attention:
Don&t steam the shuttlecocks for too long to prevent the cork being damaged. Seal the tube as soon as you see steam rising from the exit mouth (it is suggested steaming time should not exceed one minute)
In moist seasons don&t steam shuttlecocks to avoiding making them too heavy and affecting their flight.
Use the shuttlecocks that have been steamed as quickly as you can. In other words, only steam the number you need for the next day&s play.
The kettle/thermos flask or cup used for steaming shuttlecocks should not be used to boil or hold water for drinking or use in food afterwards
