start --&&br&题主问的是1.5w以上的从业者是干什么的,这个阀值实在是比较低,基本就是0~3年经验的一线程序员的水平,相信下面很多调侃题主的朋友也是这样认为的。&br&根据我对T公司的薪酬等级了解大概如下:(怎么又拿T做例子呢?因为T公司的朋友比较多哈)&br&薪酬只是base,不含奖金、股票收入&br&等级:月薪(税前)&br&&ul&&li&低于T2.3:13k以内&br&&/li&&li&T2.3:13~20k&br&&/li&&li&T3.1、T3.2:20~30k&br&&/li&&li&T3.3+:30k+&br&&/li&&/ul&一般来说能升T3基本要5年左右的工作年限,再往上升一个0.1的小级都是比较难的事了,从0.3升一个大级会更加难,所以很多人都会卡在T2.3和T3.3这个级别上不去。&br&就算工作10年即33岁左右的程序员,在T这样的大公司也是不少的,但是想升T3.3也不是件简单的事。&br&&b&也就是说30k月薪已经是一个普通IT人比较难突破的瓶颈。这里说的普通也就是指正态分布中间的那部分人,大概占了80%吧,特别牛的人或者特别命好的人不在范围内。&/b&&br&&b&还有朋友觉得收入是和年龄成指数增长的,实在是有点天真过度。在IT圈子里,作为普通员工的话,就是是再资深的工程师,收入也是有天花板的,如T公司的T3.3,个人认为已经是很牛了,但是不走上管理岗位,只埋头专研技术是不够的,毕竟现在很少是纯技术驱动的公司了。&br&&/b&下面举得例子都是月薪超过35k的(另外奖金、股票没算),应该能比大部分普通IT人高薪吧。而且他们能拿的这份高薪很大程度上不是由于本身能力牛技术牛,更多的真心是机遇问题。&br&&!--补充
end --&&br&&br&以下是正文&br&&br&&br&&br&我来给一个高薪的定义吧:税后到手年收入大于年龄,包含年终奖、股票等&br&假如你30岁,到手要有30万,即税前45万以上,才可称为高薪。&br&按同样工龄算,收入达到这样级别的估计在IT圈子都能排前5%,但是不代表这些人的技术或者能力能排前5%&br&&br&我身边这样的例子(28岁以下,税前45w以上)一般有几类:&br&1、创业元老,虽说元老但年龄未必大,从本科毕业至创业5年后也才28岁左右,公司里的title是研发主管,带几个项目了。但是个人觉得其能力一般,属于盲目吃苦耐劳型。一毕业就选择创业公司可能是条不归路,因为90%以上的创业野鸡公司都会挂掉,剩下能生存下来的,作为元老员工拿高薪也是很正常的。&br&&br&2、技术型,大三就去企业实习,兼顾在校acm,毕业去B公司,很快跳槽T公司,几乎是国内大公司随便挑的那种人才,现在听说准备去美帝G公司了。相信这类技术人才在知乎上很多,通过提高自身技术水平来拿高薪也是属于最正路的努力方向之一,值得提倡。&br&&br&3、综合型,名校硕士就进了某大厂,一年后其主管离职,然后因综合素质高而被升职了,该大厂以待遇高著称。每年985名校硕士毕业都不少,怎么能在其中脱颖而出呢??比如大家都是TOP2毕业的,为何领导要升其中一人不升另外一人?答案引用一位知友的回答:“ 跟好领导,跟好领导,还是跟好领导(工作年限越长体会越深)”&br&&br&4、极品型,不是说人极品,而是说公司极品。某游戏公司老板以土豪暴发户著称,员工怨声载道。要令老员工留住,必需要有足够的钱,该朋友就是这样有钱使得鬼推磨。要做这类人,必须要有能人所不能的忍耐力,你能做到吗?&br&&br&综上,要达到高薪的方式各种各样,几乎都是不可复制的(除了专研技术这条算半条可复制道路),这也称作职业发展的机遇问题。&br&我们该做的是放松心态,多了解外面的世界,明白外面的世界是多么大,不要计较一时得失,选择方向比埋头努力更重要。
