投稿回复要transmittal form和copyright，是什么情况了？
4月份通过电子邮件的方式投稿到Taylor & Francis旗下的一个杂志，投稿后一直没有任何回复，都有些灰心了，昨天（8月10日）忽然收到杂志的一封邮件，内容如下。说是需要copyright and transmittal forms，这个是什么意思了，意思是现在开始正式审稿了，还是说文章要被用了？ 求高手解答了。

不是录用，这个期刊是先提交版权转让协议的，然后才开始审稿 看起来比较慢的杂志。。。。还没有开始正式审稿，你要签版权转移协议。 这个杂志审稿真的是很慢了，先要你的版权协议是怕他们审完了，版权有问题，那样就麻烦了

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a signed copyright form which can be obtained online at
or by contacting the Editor-in-Chief. Completion of the copyright form is required for publication as it states that the submitted article has not been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources. All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher.
All parts of the manuscript should be typewritten, doublespaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Number manuscript pages consecutively throughout the paper. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces.&&
Abstract. Each article should be summarized in an abstract of not more that 100 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text.
Keywords. Authors should supply at least 5 but not more than 10 keywords.The first keyword must be Ozone. Abbreviated forms of chemical compounds are not acceptable keywords.
Affiliation. On the title page, include full names of authors, academic and/or other professional affiliations, and the complete mail and e-mail addresses of the author to whom proofs and correspondence should be sent.
References. All references should be numbered consecutively at the end of every paper. Reference citations should follow the format of these examples:
For journal citations:& &

For book citations:

Provide Conference, date, proceedings volume and paper number where known.
In-Text citations should be cited by author last name and publication year. In caseswhere a citation has three ormore authors, use first author name and et al. (ex. Johnson, Craft, Smith 1998 should be cited as Johnson et al., 1998). If an author name format results in two or more listings, use ‘a’ and ‘b’ to differentiate (ex. Johnson, 1983a; Johnson, 1983b).
Illustrations. Illustrations submitted (line drawings, halftones, photos, photomicrographs, etc.) should be clean originals or digital files.Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction and should follow these guidelines:
300 dpi or higher
sized to fit on journal page
EPS, TIFF, or PSD format only
submitted as separate files, not embedded in text files
Color Reproduction. Color art will be reproduced in color in the online publication at no additional cost to the author.&&Color illustrations will also be considered f however the author will be required to bear the full cost involved in color art reproduction.&&Please note that color reprints can only be ordered if print reproduction costs are paid.&&Print Rates: $900 for the $450 per page for the next three pages of color.&&A custom quote will be provided for articles with more than four pages of color.&&Art not supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi will not be considered for print.
Tables and Figures. Tables and figures should not be embedded in the text, but should be included as separate pages or files. A short descriptive title should appear above each table with a clear legend and any footnotes suitably identified below. All units must be included. Figures should be completely labeled, taking into account necessary size reduction. Captions should be typed, double-spaced, on a separate sheet. All original figures should be clearly marked in pencil on the reverse side with the number, author’s name, and top edge indicated.
Proofs. Authors will be able to electronically review their proofs before publication. All proofs must be corrected and returned to the publisher. If the proofs are not returned within the allotted time, the editor will proofread the article and it will be printed per the editor’s instructions. Only corrections of factual and typographical errors are permitted. Color proofs will be provided for art physically printing in color if author consent is received by the requested due date.
Reprints. Each corresponding author of an article will receive 3 complimentary copies of the issue in which the article appears. Reprints of individual articles are available for order at the time authors review page proofs. A discount on reprints is available to authors who order before print publication. 那投稿就直接邮件给这两个编辑？难道还要寄纸质版？

求助Ferroelectrics杂志投稿
我进入ferroelectrics这个杂志后，没有找到投稿地方，请各位投过稿的人告诉一下，我找了好几天了，非常着急。若是没有网上投稿，是不是投给编辑？编辑的信箱也没有啊？非常感谢大家。
Submission of Manuscripts. Manuscripts may be sent to the Editor-in-Chief: George W. Taylor, Princeton Resources, P.O. Box 211, Princeton, New Jersey , U.S.A., or to any of the Associate Editors, whose addresses are listed on the front inside cover.
Authors are strongly encouraged to submit manuscripts on disk. The disk should be prepared using MS Word or WordPerfect and should be clearly labeled with the authors’ names, file name, and software program. Three hardcopy printouts that exactly match the disk must be supplied. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a manuscript transmittal form and a Taylor & Francis copyright form. Taylor & Francis 杂志投稿问题
文章是用latex写的，document class :article. 图片是用eps形式的，是当前路径编译，投稿时有几点疑问
1. 杂志要求图片和表格要单独上传。那在上传tex源码文件(Main Document)时，还包不包含插入图片和生成表格的代码？还是上传包含插图和生成表格命令的完整源码包？
2. 如果不需要上传包含插入图片和生成表格的源码包，那图片的标题怎么处理? 是在单独添加附件时做描述就可以吗？
3. 杂志要求如用是用latex写的，要在上传tex源码时同时上传pdf文件，此时的pdf文件要不要包含图片和表格？
4. 表格也要一个表格一个文档吗？
另，投稿过程中遇到的问题:
1. 上传的tex源码不能生成pdf. 已经排除几类错误， 文档类型是article, 参考文献也已经把bbl文件复制过去了，图片用的也是当前路径。
