The virtual enterprise ideas used in the software industry, to set up the virtual software enterprises, through the process of concentrated advantages in capital and expertise of these "Qiangqiang jointly" method, the processing of a single software enterprise to cannot satisfy the demand of software system development achievement, is gradually growing into the mainstream form of software enterprise growth and operation of governance. This kind of innovation organization situation will change the traditional software enterprise's management idea, organization form and the management way, improve software enterprises to adapt to the market, to grasp the opportunity ability, which make it obtain continuous competitive. The formation of virtual software enterprise, business advantages, but also strengthen our software enterprises especially the small and medium-sized software enterprises technique innovation ability is convenient and useful way. So, has important realistic meaning and practical significance of the research of virtual software corporations. The paper first in virtual software enterprise inner of the study, summed up the characteristics of the virtual software enterprise, and with the software outsourcing, strategic alliance, enterprise groups and other cross enterprise cooperation form stop comparing research, analyzes the difference between them and contact, so as to further illustrate the essential characteristics of virtual s combined with virtual software enterprise on the basis of the status quo, the main governance differences, summarizes four kinds of virtual software enterprise currently rare operational mode, and puts forward the intermediary forms of cooperation, through the process of analysis, this paper thinks it will be organizing form of virtual software enterprise growth tends to one, which put forward the virtual software corporation intermediary (VSCSA) concept, and the support system efficacy, system structure, complete the process and so on to stop the innovative analysis and discussion. In accordance with the software item target differentiation structure and the software development process, and puts forward the concept of software module mainly, expert decision force. On the analysis of virtual enterprise partner of the special demand for basic, through the process of multivariate statistics to understand the evaluation target system of virtual enterprise partner selection, through careful analysis of partner selection of virtual software enterprise's characteristic, the innovation of the software module mainly level, expert decision force, contact relationship, the software module alternative corporate volunteer together into virtual enterprise partner selection, and put forward the selection method of comprehensive evaluation based on rough set peer.
