没有啊，只是我的app有用于299美元的帐号上，可以到自己服务器上下载，然后又申请了一个99美元的，想放到appstore上，然后被拒绝了

Please remove any itms-services URL scheme that it is used inside your app.
You can take a look about this:
I believe that you app should have some URL scheme setting for directly installing into the device base on the enterprise account build setting before.
It may be something like:
itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=http://url/to/app-manifest.plist
