本届深圳自行车嘉年华上，闪电的展位依然吸引着不少车友的目光，许多车友前来赏车和试骑。在闪电的展位，我们找到了闪电市场部的沈宏小姐有关最近车友们关心的话题进行了一个简单的采访。下面是采访实录：BIKETO：最近闪电有一个招聘管理培训生的计划，那闪电对这个计划估计会招收的名额大概有多少呢？Specialized：这个目前我们名额数量还没有确定，这个需要看我们最终报名的人数来确定招收多少名管理培训师，而且这也是我们的第一次尝试。BIKETO：这是我们见到的国内自行车行业内第一个管理培训生计划，那闪电当初是如何产生这样一个想法的呢？Specialized：因为Specialized一直都是招收很专业的业内人士加入我们的团队，现在Specialized的扩张速度越来越快，我们需要优秀的人才，同时也需要多样化的人才加入我们。所以，对于这些来自知名高校的同学，我们认为他可以更有创新的能力，更有激情，使得我们的团队富有激情拥有新鲜的血液。BIKETO：目前Specilaized只有在上海的两个高校开展了现场的招聘会，那Specialized是否接受网络的简历投送呢？Specialized：我们的招聘信息在微博上已经公开发布了，任何到我们HR邮箱的应聘申请都会记录在案，然后进行面试。BIKETO：这个活动确实非常不错，对于中国大学生车友来讲是非常不错的机会，那Specialized会对应聘的大学生们又什么要求呢？在专业方面有具体要求吗？Specialized：这次我们主要招收的市场部的管理培训师，我们期望应聘的同学有比较强的市场嗅觉，需要他们来帮助Specialized在中国市场获得更好的市场前景。我们并不看重他以前是专业是什么，但是我们看重他对自行车行业的热情，以及他对市场的一个想法。BIKETO：说到市场嗅觉，在业内Specialized是一个公认的极具市场嗅觉的品牌，那现在中国市场现在很多品牌在推出650B的车款，那Specialized是否有关于650B的计划呢？Specialized：Specialized目前主打的是29寸，一方面在国外，29英寸已经成为了市场的主流，而且在Specialized在中国刚刚开始培养29英寸文化。很多人一开始不理解，认为亚洲人的身高不足以驾驭29英寸的自行车，但是很多人试过Specialized的29寸山地车之后发现其实29可以让车手更轻松地通过障碍，并且喜欢上了29。所以Specialized认为未来29英寸一定会成为主流。BIKETO：Specialized在山地和公路方面都赞助了不少出色的车手和队伍，那你对他们明年的表现有什么期望？Specialized：Specialized一直以来都在努力帮助这些职业的车手，期望以我们的专业素养，给这些职业车手带来更多成绩上的突破。就拿伦敦奥运会来说，库尔哈维使用29 EPIC拿到了伦敦奥运会的冠军，这是很值得大家关注的一个话题，因为大家都知道库尔哈维使用软尾战胜了诸多使用硬尾山地车的车手而获得金牌，并且他在最后一个上坡甚至还甩开了使用硬尾的尼诺，所以这打破了大家一贯认为的软尾骑不快这样的无解。此外新款的Epic上还配备了Brain的智能系统，这是一个会自动根据地形反馈调整的系统，这也是Specialized不断寻求突破的体现。BIKETO：在未来Specialized会更多的选择推广那种产品呢？Specialized：目前Specialized的产品线非常丰富，公路和山地车是主流，现在我们这两块的推广力度可以说是一样的，那在2013年度，我们的产品线更加丰富。首先是装备，而且装备的水准很高，基本上市面上也很难找到和我们产品线一样丰富，一样高水准的品牌。另一方面还有城市车，童车，我们的童车给200斤的成人骑也是完全没有问题的，总的来说，我们希望让Specialized更充分地融入到各个车友的生活之中！库尔哈维在伦敦奥运会上使用的Specialized Epic carbon 29+正如Specialized的名字一样，车上的许多零件都是特别订制的，比如这款安装有闪电自己研发的Brain系统的SID前叉闪电向FOX特别订制的后胆在后轮端配有Brain的惯性感应阀，感应阀会根据地形的变化自动控制后胆的打开与锁死品质是对细节的追求，S-WORKS字里面隐藏着FACT（闪电的碳纤技术）字样的纹路Specialized的曲柄也是自己制造，采用一个托盘，可以支持不同规格的盘片，这款Epic 29上标配了SRAM XX的盘片低配版本的Epic comp carbon 29，让你以更少的花费，享受同样先进的科技伦敦奥运会公路自行车项目上，维诺库洛夫使用Venge完成了他金牌的梦想综合性能出色的Tarmac系列，环法有很多车手都选择Tarmac SL4作为他们的战车Specialized Allez铝合金车款的品质也依然十分出色Stumpjumper FSR，Specialized的林道车型Enduro，Specialized的全能AM车型，正如Specialized说的那样：爬的更高，冲得更远入门级的29系列车款Specialized的城市车Specialized拥有许多出色的配件Specialized的头盔在车友中的口碑非常不错，拥有极为出众的舒适度这款童车吸引了好多车友的目光！Specialized的童车可以承受200斤的成人，而且设计出众，非常可爱！现场的小模特Specialized的自行车可以陪着小朋友一起成长现场的试骑区，车友们在体验闪电新款的Epic Carbon 29许多车友骑完之后都对Specialized最新的Epic 29暂不绝口责任编辑：Kenneth
