4.4万公里水泵挂了，开车的时候发现停放的地方有水滴，就知道快挂了，后来水箱水报警，其实还是慢慢的滴漏。水箱水下降很慢，一想拖着也不是办法，就开到修理店检查，确认原因，维修师傅是在维修车间工作的老师傅了，自己在外面开了一家修理厂接私活，看了后确认是水泵溢流孔漏水了，然后用手指了车间一角落，放着好几个拆下来的坏水泵，都以一个毛病漏水，算是通病了，问我可以换水泵头，也可以换总成，这两样东西都分国产和进口2种，我选择换总成，匈牙利进口的，从拿的货。2200，维修时间基本上一上午能搞定，但是在拆进气的时候看见气门很脏，又花了点时间清气门，拖延了1个多小时的时间。安装过程很顺利，师傅活利索的很，呵呵毕竟漏的不在少数了，至少我身边开的只要是EA888机器的都漏一遍了，普遍在3-5万公里左右，旧的水泵我给拿回家了，自己洗干净，拆开看了一下，发现现在的水泵和以前的有所改进，新老比照看了一下发现溢流孔管道和出口有所改变，基本上老款的漏水都是从溢流孔漏的，师傅说是这种皮带带动水泵的因为运转时皮带有震动或者跳动引起皮带齿轮的轴承有框动，造成轴承密封不严导致漏水，溢流孔的作用应该是排除一旦轴承松动引发渗水，能及时把渗水引导排除。直观的看老款水泵溢流孔管道是通向中间轴承的。水泵总成分水泵头和水泵管道2个部分，成品是通过螺丝固定在一起的，自己拆开后发现其实问题就集中水泵头上，溢流孔就在水泵头上，应该是不需要更换总成的，一个进口的新款水泵头在某宝上查了一下是500多，我觉得更换水泵头是能彻底解决问题的，不需要总成更换，只换水泵头没问题。我觉得还是利益驱使，换水泵总成国产1000左右，进口2000多，水泵头国产300多，进口500多，再加上工时费，这帐谁都会算，只是大家包括我一般没碰到过这样的问题没经验，觉的换总成要放心的很多，导致一般会去选择更换总成，其实我觉得完全没必要。以上纯属自己个人见解，还请各位指正批评。

后来晓得了，换个水泵头就是了，淘宝上也就是不到400的价格，算上工时费不会过500的，
总之一汽大众不厚道，这东西设计的有问题，从没听其他车说过什么到一定年限要换水泵的，又不是消耗品。

1、本人2012年6月购买的大众进口crossgolf，开了才31000公里，就出现水泵漏水，更换加检修6000元左右，我认为这不是正常的，本人家里开过多个品牌车，从没听说出现如此情况，作为一个进口车，如此早就出现水泵，这是质量问题.2、现象，据不完全观察，初期出现哨声，伴随发动机异响、而后加重，尾气净化器指示灯亮，再而后发动机声音正常，水箱冷冻液指示灯亮，漏水。
