Insert 3D models into technical illustrations
Choose one of two ways to insert a 3D model into a Corel DESIGNER either insert it as an external reference or embed the 3D model (XVL file) in the Corel DESIGNER document. When embedding the 3D file, the 3D model can be accessed for modifications within the Corel DESIGNER (.DES) file. You can then share the .DES file with other users who can access the embedded 3D file.
Translation Memory System (TMS) support

Blur images non-destructively with the Gaussian Blur
in Corel PHOTO-PAINT, and edit the lens and the image separately. When you create a lens, the changes you make are not applied instead, they are displayed on the screen through the lens.
Hide and display objects
In editing complex technical illustration or design projects, it's helpful to hide particular objects or groups of objects. With the new option to hide and display objects, you can choose to view only the sections you want or need to see in a particular project.
Retouch photos with the Healing Clone tool
The new Healing Clone tool in Corel PHOTO-PAINT lets you seamlessly fix imperfections by painting with sampled texture that matches the color of the surrounding area. It's easy to remove unwanted spots from images.
