《中国足球/Html/ZhongGuoZuQiu0387/》在中国足协决定在2015年对中超、中甲俱乐部实行“25本土球员+5外援”的注册新政后，为球队“瘦身”也成了中超、中甲32家俱乐部当前的主要工作，不出意外，32家俱乐部裁员至少超过100人，不少球员将在2015赛季“下岗失业”。12月1日，《体坛周报》就中超新赛季注册新政发表了评论文章，对于实行新政的前因后果进行了剖析，文章部分内容如下：中国足协在下赛季实行注册新政的原因，是因为在2014赛季结束后，中国足协对中超16家俱乐部的球员出场情况进行了详细的统计与分析，发现整个赛季中出场球员人数最多的为23人，距离此前的注册人数35人有12人的差距，距离30人还有7人的差距。中国足协还分析了全年使用23名球员的俱乐部情况，认为原因比较复杂，利益平衡因素较多，否则，不可能达到23人。按照每场比赛“11+3”的人员使用原则，算上伤病号，以及相关俱乐部多线作战轮换的情况，一般也不会超过20人。这些详细的统计，为FIFA专家提供的建议和中国足协的政策提供了更好的依据。如果中超和中甲俱乐部每个赛季各自有10名球员没有出场，总数就会有320人要么一直坐在替补席，要么一直坐在看台上无球可踢，这就会造成资源的巨大浪费，也不利于球员的成长提高。裁员之后，既减轻俱乐部财政负担，又可以让球员在次级联赛中真正能够打上比赛。2014赛季，中国足协执行的是“30+5”的注册规定，中超俱乐部的注册人数基本在33人至35人，中甲俱乐部的注册人数大多是31人至34人。按照2015赛季的注册规定，32家中超和中甲俱乐部的裁员肯定超过100人。这是中超和中甲一线队史上最大规模的“裁员”。100人，看上去不是一个大数字，但是相比于职业联赛以及中乙联赛的规模，这100人已是“大裁员”。中国足协在开会研究此事的时候，也曾经讨论过被裁下的球员如何分流的问题，很多俱乐部当时表示，不用担心被裁球员的去处，那些被中超和中甲一线队裁下来的球员，只要有实力，中超预备队、中甲、中甲预备队、中乙俱乐部等可以成为他们的归宿。其实，裁员引起的是连锁反应。中超一线队的球员被裁掉之后，他们的去处有中超预备队、中甲一线队、中甲预备队、中乙队伍。如果次级比赛接受了上一级队伍裁下来的球员，就会引发次级球队的裁人，直到中乙联赛和业余联赛的相关队伍。从接受能力讲，次级联赛的球队不可能一下子消化掉被裁掉的100人，层层替换，累积到中乙球队身上，众多球员“下岗失业”也就在所难免。虎扑新声手机客户端上线，手机看新闻就在新声：/mobile来源：[体坛周报]查看更多中超新闻
