　　文/曾航　　今天看了下过去一个月苹果App Store各类应用的下载量，突然发现陌陌在过去一个月的下载量居然超过了微信。　　时至今日，在熟人社交领域已经分出了胜负，微信打败了所有的竞争对手，熟人社交是赢者通吃的游戏规则，有老大就没有老二的活路，哪怕是易信和来往、米聊这些巨头的儿子也起不来。　　当微信在熟人社交上的优势越来越明显的时候，反倒给做LBS社交的陌陌差异化生存的机会。　　在PC互联网时代，YY就曾经突围成功，并依靠陌生人社交起家做到了50亿美元市值(YY到了后期已经不是纯粹的陌生人社交)。在移动互联网时代，陌陌的数据非常漂亮，超过1.5亿的用户群和5000多万的MAU都是很好的数据。从平均用户的日在线时长来看，陌陌超过了30分钟，已经接近微信的水平。　　之前市场对陌陌比较大的质疑是，基于LBS的陌生人社交是否是一个伪命题，它毕竟不像熟人社交那么稳固。熟人社交的黏性只会越来越强，而陌生人社交，在某种程度上更像是一个“玩具”，其娱乐色彩更重一些。　　但是从目前陌陌的数据来看，陌生人社交在中国移动互联网已经被证明是有非常大的存在空间的，我倾向于这样来理解这个问题，每个人都有两面的自己，白天一个自己，晚上一个自己，现实中一个自己，虚拟世界中一个自己。　　微信承担的是现实中的那个自己的社交，而陌陌承担的是虚拟世界中的那个你的社交。当然陌陌也在试图倒入手机通讯录，以强化熟人社交的成分。毕竟熟人的社交关系链是非常牢固，且会越来越稳固的，而陌生人社交相对比较脆弱。　　为此陌陌想了许多办法，例如加入LBS群组的功能，通过兴趣来强化陌生人之间的社交关系链，使得他们有可能发展成牢固的熟人社交。此外，陌陌还在尝试倒入用户的手机通讯录，强化熟人社交关系链的功能，和微信不同的是，陌陌的这种熟人社交更加强调LBS功能，即可以看到好友距离自己的位置，随时方便将社交由线上发展成线下见面，这种方式收到了许多人的亲睐。　　在此之前，QQ也是基于陌生人社交起家，但是到了后期QQ发展成了熟人社交关系链，而YY由陌生人社交起家，现在发展成介于熟人和陌生人之间的一种社交关系链，这两种进化路径都有可能是未来陌陌的进化方向。　　由于社交关系链属性完全不同，微信和陌陌的变现方式也有可能发生变化。我们以游戏为例，微信游戏更加强调好友之间的竞争和攀比，这很像当年在facebook或者Qzone上的PC社交游戏，而陌陌游戏将来则有可能和O2O等元素结合在一起，就目前的情况来看，陌陌还需要做更多的尝试。　　尼尔森网联近日发布《移动社交用户需求与行为调研报告》，报告显示，截至2014 年6月，我国手机网民规模达5.3亿，占总网民数的83.4%，从2013年1月到9月，中国移动社交行业总体覆盖人数增长了20.4% ，有效使用时间增长了17.7%。报告显示，社交应用是用户在移动端的主要应用之一，移动用户中有60.2%的人在使用手机社交软件。超过九成的移动社交用户几乎每天都会使用移动社交APP，且人均每天在社交媒体上所花费的平均时间为1.5小时。七成以上的用户会在空闲时间使用社交APP，其中晚上20点-23点是移动社交应用使用的最高峰时段，工作日中午12点-13点也会出现移动社交使用的小高峰。由此可见，移动社交应用已日渐成为不可缺少的社交工具。　　根据尼尔森的数据，95%的陌陌用户表示几乎每天都会上陌陌——这个比例和微信、新浪微博的用户很接近。这说明陌陌拥有很高的用户黏性。　　尼尔森的另外一个数据则显示，陌陌用户对O2O兴趣活动的参与情况超过50%，远高于类似App。与此同时，七成以上的受访用户表示未来会增加对于O2O兴趣活动的参与，O2O兴趣活动也将成为社交应用发展的方向之一。O2O社交几乎是移动互联网全新派生出来的一种社交方式，在微信发展早期，也曾经尝试过O2O社交的功能，但是自从微信倒入QQ通信录强社交关系链后，O2O社交的色彩就越来越淡化，这在客观上给陌陌这样的软件留下了很大发展空间。　　目前的几家移动社交网络可以打个这样的比方：　　微博就像一个广场，谁都可以过来发言，你发的言谁都可以看到。微信则像广场旁边的一个私密房间，只有你的朋友可以进来，一般人你不会让他进。而陌陌则像广场上一个咖啡馆，你可以在这里搭讪附近的人，和任何附近的人交流，并观看他们在做什么。　　不同的社交网络承担着不同的功能，他们谁也不会吃掉谁。我看到的数据是，除了陌陌，其它几款类似的陌生人社交应用的数据也不错。熟人社交是赢者通吃，但是陌生人社交可以同时容纳很多家。　　现在陌陌唯一还没有证明的是它的变现能力。陌陌目前有游戏业务，不过从变现水平上来看还和微信有较大差距。陌陌同时发布了到店通这样的O2O产品，目前还需要观察它的收入情况。　　如果计算Revenue per MAU，陌陌目前和微信相比还有一定差距，但是这也说明了这类公司还有很大的提升空间。但是移动互联网时代用户为王，有海量稳定用户的公司，一旦找到商业模式，可能就是爆发式增长。

& & 电话响了是要马上去接滴！陌陌只要一听到电话铃响，手里不管在玩着什么，都会立刻丢开，飞也似的跑向电话，嘴里大叫着“爸爸，爸爸~~”（平常都是爸爸打电话回来多）。要她接过电话听一下后，然后一本正经滴一串鸟语后，她才说一声“接”，然后把电话给旁边的大人听。
ps：爷爷见陌陌这么喜欢电话，还特意绑了个小分机（废弃不用的）在桌子旁边，陌陌正好可以够得到。

陌宝可爱，可爱陌宝
& &三个多月后再见陌宝，小家伙明显成长了，小大人似的好像什么话都听得懂，什么事情都明白。越发可爱！
&&陌陌在老家有一张专属于她的小凳子，高度于她，刚刚合适。陌陌经常坐在小凳子上，或小脚悠然地踏着拍子，或借助双脚蹬的力量，一下一下地向后推着凳子玩儿，技术娴熟，自得其乐。
学走路。陌陌独立走还走不远，也不太敢走。我们想要训练她自己走的时候，就问她：

陌陌就会一边说着“走嘚嘚，走嘚嘚~”，一边松开大人的手像企鹅一样左摇右摆地走起来。

东西双份。陌陌的自主能动性真是太好了，也太早了。强烈要求自己吃饭，所以宝宝勺一般都是两个，一个她自己吃，一个大人喂。我发现陌陌用宝宝勺用得很好，能很准确地把食物喂到自己嘴里。洗澡毛巾要双份，一条她自己洗，一条大人给她洗。自己学着大人的样，洗的像模像样的。

补上——国庆七日流水
国庆活动大整理
& &上午交了请假条，中午在家里鼓捣吃了中午，收拾好东西，14：10正式出发。

凌晨两三点到长沙陌爸同事家（小两口子搭我们顺风车），吃点小点，小睡一下。早上六点多出发回岳阳临湘，10：00左右到家。在长沙，陌爸把随身带的小包忘在了同事家，里面证件、钱包、深圳家里的钥匙、行驶证驾驶证以及我的手机都在。实在汗~
车子驶进院子，陌陌奶奶抱着陌陌来迎接。宝贝长高了，黑了，瘦了，却更漂亮了，真是辛苦了爷爷奶奶。妈妈着急抱陌陌，陌还要我，也认识爸爸，真是庆幸！陌奶说：宝宝还真是有良心，还认得爸爸妈妈，不是两个野人回来了啊。
妈妈把新买的衣服给宝宝看，问是谁的衣？宝贝说：“宝宝的衣，宝宝衣衣。”字正腔圆。
陌陌能走了，脚步却不很稳，像喝醉了酒，东摇西摆。时刻需要人牵着四处“游行”。陌奶总说：宝宝若不是断断续续病了一个月，应该早就能走了。病着那会，瘦的叫人心疼，现在长好了。
这次回家，不同于去年那个闹冰灾的冬天。天气尚好，心情极佳。感觉像到“农家乐”度假来了。O(∩_∩)O哈哈~

给陌陌整了刚买的背带装，威武得不行。一家人到陌爸的表叔家做客（表叔的儿子摆五岁酒，那边的人真是奇怪，五岁十岁这些也摆酒请客，人情多多哟），陌陌不停地要走来走去，玩这里玩那里，大家都夸宝贝漂亮，得疼J。
陌很多时候都会蹲下来尿尿和便便了。尿完便完后就“喔~喔~~”地唤狗狗。翘着嘴巴，皱着眉头的样子真是可爱至极J。

陌爸的舅舅家接媳妇，又要去做客。天不亮，陌爸就充当司机陪同去接新娘了。待快中午的回来的时候，我们家的车车已经变成了漂亮的花车。一队的车，接来新娘、新娘家的亲戚（吃过中午喝过茶才回的）、还有多多的嫁妆。礼花、鞭炮响了半个小时。热热闹闹，嘈嘈杂杂。
本以为我们吃过中饭，喝过茶就会回去的。谁知，又被强留下来吃晚饭。宝贝出来的时候没有带外套，带的一条备用裤子也尿湿了（陌奶不准用尿不湿，说宝贝屁股后面驼着大尿布不好走路，也不舒服）。待月上柳梢，我们开车回家的时候，我明显感觉宝贝有点着凉了，有点咳。心里暗骂陌爸，不先送我们回家。

陌宝的周岁酒。家里很多人。帮厨的，搞卫生的，做客的，大人老人孩子，热热闹闹的。
陌陌精神倍儿好，食欲也好，在家里疯玩，笑得“咯咯~”的。
宝贝收拾凳子，搬了一张又一张。
倒水喝，一杯又一杯。
陌陌一看到爸爸的车驶过来了，就大声地叫着“爸爸~，爸爸~”，然后往场子里去迎接。
在傍晚刚吃晚饭又疯玩的时候，可能由于剧烈运动了一下，吐了一口奶。我明显的看到陌奶脸上神情的变化，刚刚还笑得一朵花似的，马上变得严肃起来。笑弯了的皱纹立刻拉直了，疑虑、担心全都写在脸上。我知道，她是担心陌陌有点什么，因为医生说过陌陌要过了48小时才算安全，期间如果呕吐、精神萎靡、腿脚发软就要立刻送院。我连忙安慰她：没关系的，她是刚刚吃了，又剧烈运动了，不要紧的。事实上，也是如此。
宝贝一定没事！
Ps：陌爷爷太高兴了，喝高了。抱着陌陌，我给陌陌洗了手脸，洗了屁股，脚。陌很快就睡着了。陌爷还老是在跟陌陌说：陌子，你叫嗲嗲看。当我告诉他陌陌睡着了，他又说：啊，睡着了，还没洗呢，怎么就睡了？我哈哈大笑，我说刚才你抱着我给洗了的。然后我抱陌陌睡到楼上，陌爷爷看到我又问：我陌子呢？醉得不轻J

上天还是很眷顾我们的，昨天我们刚刚办了陌的周岁酒，今天就下雨了。
陌非要去雨里，我们只好打个伞在场子里走来走去 。
中午时分，宝贝陌陌也终于过了48小时，真正安全了！
陌陌追着爷爷屁股后面不停地叫：嗲嗲，嗲嗲哦~，嗲嗲哦哦~。爷爷只好抱着做事。
陌爸去了他同学家看望了一下（同学的爸爸去世了），然后去了高中母校做客他表哥家（他的表哥，也是他的老师，美术专业老师），跟一群老师就餐。待我跟陌陌都熟睡了才回家。晚上回来的时候轮胎被一个大钉扎破了，耽搁了时间。

启程，前往深圳。陌奶奶坐在副驾驶位置，以前晕车晕得一塌糊涂的她（就连坐火车都晕），坐自己车居然一点没事，一路上精神奕奕。一路上，加上在高速路上堵车和在服务区休息的时间，总共近24小时（其中有一个多小时处理刮车事件：别人的车，强行改道，把我们家车从中门刮到了尾部，责任全在他们，也好在不太严重）！要知道，以前陌爷爷可是说，陌奶从湖南来一次广东，就如同杨利伟上太空。看来，奇迹总会发生，一切皆有可能J。
路上，陌陌换了四块纸尿裤，喝了三次奶粉（我们车上带着小开水瓶），吃了N多饼干，一个水煮鸡蛋。一路很乖！刚开始总想要到副驾驶奶奶那里去，后来就安心跟妈妈坐在后座了。我明显感觉到，陌陌经过了车上的24小时，比之前更喜欢我了。
& &几天来，陌陌把爸爸妈妈的地位仅仅排在爷爷和奶奶之后了，这个成绩，我感觉很欣慰 。
一路上，幸亏有GPS，以至于我们能够不走弯路，无需问路。赞叹一下！陌爸开车太辛苦，也赞一下！

奶奶说：我实在是怕给她（陌陌）洗澡啊，每次都是不肯起来 。昨晚上，乖乖的起来了，没哭。很奇怪吧？
我给陌洗澡，洗了很久，玩了很久，即便是我跟奶奶说：你不起来，我们走了啊。她也高兴地跟我们挥手“拜拜”。我们出去浴室，从门缝里观察小人儿，小人儿玩得不亦乐乎，把水拍到身上，拍到墙上，去玩水管，……。自娱自乐，情绪一点都没有因为我们“离去”而受丝毫影响 。
折回浴室，好言劝说：陌陌，我们起来穿漂亮衣服好不好，出去玩好不好？明天再洗啊！不听不听，完全当做耳旁风 。
想要强行抱起，手刚刚碰到她的胳肢窝，就大声尖叫，震耳欲聋 。
又玩了一会儿，陌突然把整个脸俯到水里，再起来，笑呵呵的。还没待我们反应过来，又快速俯下，这一次起来，愣住了。然后委屈地假哭，嘴里叽里呱啦地诉说说。意思明确：这个水不好，把我呛到了。然后伸手要我抱。
十几天相处下来，陌陌跟爸爸妈妈混得老熟了。如今我们已经能够从奶奶手里轻松把宝贝接过来了（以前若是爷爷奶奶抱着，谁接都不要） 。
昨天晚上洗澡过后，奶奶给穿衣服，我洗陌的小裙子。还没来得及晒，陌陌看到我，向我伸出双手，主动要求“抱抱~，抱抱~”。我立刻接过来，手上的小裙子陌奶接过去晒。
喜上眉梢啊，我猜想那一刻，我的脸上除了摆着欣喜，还写了“自豪”！这是陌陌第一次主动要求我抱
我抱着陌，她“嗯~嗯~”地要求下来走。我找鞋子给她穿，小家伙已经很不耐烦了，大叫着抗议。穿好鞋子，放下她，我跟她说：“陌陌，以后你要下来玩，你就说‘走，走’啦。”
过了一会，奶奶抱她。
又过了一会，她一边说着“走（发ze，说不太准），走~”一边身子往下滑，想要下来走。
