集英社常务董事铃木晴彦先生表示，“集英社十分重视中国动漫市场，希望通过此次授权，让集英社与腾讯动漫发行平台一起，第一时间为中国动漫迷带来原汁原味的、与海外发行同步的经典漫画连载作品。”
同时，腾讯游戏与万代游戏合作，将著名漫画《火影忍者》改编成网游《火影忍者Online》。在海外市场，《火影忍者》已被众多游戏厂商改编为游戏作品并风行市场。腾讯游戏此次改编尝试，将填补中国大陆地区该类型网游的市场空白，让中国玩家也有机会享受高品质“火影题材”网游。
