高6 1.4T R14升级6速手动:时速120油耗5.8L
高转速玩多了，不幸把开了接近9W公里的MQ250手动5速给开出了毛病。那就换个6速吧，其实也研究了一段时间了。
目前给能用的6速手动，有两款
-SI上的那台M50 6F，但是要更换的配件太多，从支架，离合到换挡机构全部都得换，实在太难操作，故作罢
-奥迪A3 1.8上的那台MQ250 6F，需要稍微加工一下，即可完美原装位安装在上
感谢长春的张哥，不厌其烦地接受我的咨询，终于下决心采用第二套方案。感谢小龙，做事一丝不苟，保证了施工顺利进行。
所需材料如下
-进口MQ250 6F，零件号02S 300 045 SX，如下图，需要更换红箭头所指的壳体，才能安装在高6上

换MQ250 6F有什么改变？首先要从两个变速箱的数据谈起。
MQ250，如其名，能承受最大扭矩理论上是250NM，无论5速还是6速。但是齿比上，6速还是比5速更平均一些。

从上图的数据分析来看
-6速的1档和2档会更难带动一些
-2-6档的齿比分布更加均匀，尤其是2-3档，转速差小，换挡冲击也就更小
-2档在6300转即可破百，更可以开到110KMH
-4-5档比原来更积极，更适合加速
-6档比原来的5档在跑高速时要省油
刚换上MQ250 6F，在去刷程序的路上，明显感觉1-2档油门要踩得比以前深，车才会愿意向前冲。但是这也不完全是坏事，由于1-2档的转速下降，在堵车跟车时，1-2档允许的车速更大，发动机也没那么吵。不会像用5速变速箱慢速行驶时，用1-2档转速总是偏高，用3档又太肉。因此在城市堵车缓行的路况下，MQ250 6F确实能起到省油的效果。
Tony把R14的程序又做了微调，基本上是让发动机的动力输出更均衡来匹配MQ250 6F的较为平均的齿比。把程序从台湾发过来后，Ricky就在现场用OBD直刷进高6的电脑板里了。
回家的路上跑了大约有20KM，一些感受：
-确实调整后的程序会更匹配MQ250 6F，在1-2档时，轻踩油门，车子也有向前冲的欲望。当然和用MQ250 5F时比起来，还是显得略微慵懒了一些
-发动机转速下来了，在车内觉得好安静
-2档破百很轻松，相信01时间会缩短，因为少用掉一次换挡
-油耗下降得更快了
-换挡很轻松，手感比起MQ250 5F提升不是一点
整体来说更换MQ250 6F超出了我的预期，但如果大家的MQ250 5F没有坏的话，还是没有必要升级到6速的。
呵呵，实在不能忍受作业没发完就睡啊，夜深了，大家晚安！行车平安！

更新L油跑了820KM，如下图（120KMH接近2600转), 平均百公里油耗6.12L (中石化97#). 车里坐着两个成年男子,连行李大约200KG, 全程空调, 外界气温26度, 绝大多数情况下都用6档跑100-120KMH, 有40KM的堵车路段, 痛苦地用30KMH慢慢开过

我一般在2000转左右换挡，正常开的时候转速在1500左右，大家开手动的给指点下这样对不对

电脑有经济模式提示换档，换挡跟转速没多大直接联系，主要是看速度起来没有…
电脑提示…看速度，我一般20左右二档，30-40三档，50-60四档，70-80五档…开久了一般不看任何东西凭感觉换了…

最舒服的换档转速我觉得应该是刚好到1800的瞬间，换档，毫无迟滞感
换挡看转速是或者公里数都是辅助方法。什么时候换挡取决于你的车的发动机设置，换挡的决定参数是扭矩，理论上讲扭矩越大的车，换挡的转速就越低。具体还要看LZ是什么发动机。
1.4T 为例，根据大众官方公布的EA211发动机功率转速扭矩曲线图， 最大扭矩峰值约在3500转作用，实际中，很少处于这么高的转速，多数在转运行（峰值扭矩的90%左右为佳）。理论数值分析，升档的话，在转左右合适，等到3000往上换挡的，我只能表示：呵呵呵呵

等待了一个多月，终于把我的（1.4T手动）等回来，昨天去4s那边提车，开车回家的时候关于换挡的转速及时机让我纠结了。昨天是把综合仪表调成显示瞬时油耗的状态。由于以前的车（自然吸气）我基本都是在1900左右换挡，那个车开了12万公里了，到现在油耗都基本是偏低的令人满意的。昨天路上开了有30公里的高6，发现个问题，基本是发动机转速在左右的时候换挡，瞬时油耗显示的油耗最低，回到家后翻看随车的高6手册，上面说的经济驾驶档位一般也是时速20时用2档，30时用3档，40时用四档，50时用五档。这个换挡的转速跟以往自己的经验和很多的论坛里说的换挡转速明显相差很大，如果按照1900来换档，油耗有点太高，如果按照1300来换档又担心转速低了会积碳严重，请前辈们告知。或者哪位前辈是自动的能观察下一般都是转速在多少的时候升挡的呢？

楼主开车应该是很温柔的那种吧，我也是手动的1.4T，现在不管是温柔点开，还是激情点开，基本上没有2000转以下换档的。MQ250齿比落差大，你1000多转升档以后转速就1000出头了，这时候想要加速那得多吃力啊，而且以后你会发现1.4T的声音在1000多转的时候是很难听的。再者，什么时候换档并没有一成不变的死规矩，平稳开有平稳开的换档节奏，生猛开有生猛开的节奏。难道你想利索加速的时候还1500转就升档么？？？1000多转就加档未必省油，我正常开经常二档以上2500转左右升档，即使夏天开空调，油耗也控制在8以内，我爸爸开这车经常是2000转以内就升档，开的风格也比我温柔些，但他开出的油耗基本上都要比我多0.5的样子。油耗高低的关键是油门，档位，加速，这三者之间配合，同样的速度下想达到类似的加速效果，1300转踩油门绝对要比2000转踩油门来的废油。楼主再多开一开，多感受一下吧。
