医工所朱青松副研究员受邀担任Elsevier权威期刊副主编

　　2月8日，中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院生物医学与健康工程研究所医疗机器人与微创手术器械研究中心朱青松副研究员收到爱思韦尔(Elsevier)旗下Neurocomputing期刊主编T.&Heskes教授的邀请，担任该期刊的副主编（Associate&Editor）。&　　Neurocomputing(神经计算与控制)期刊是目前人工神经网络领域的国际权威SCI期刊，该刊由爱思韦尔(Elsevier)出版集团创办并位于JCR一区，该期刊主要发表人工神经网络、神经生物学、模糊逻辑学、脑与认知科学、机器学习、模式识别等领域的一流研究成果。2013年该刊的影响因子IF为2.005，近五年的平均影响因子IF为2.102。&　　朱青松副研究员致力于计算机视觉、统计模式识别与机器学习、智能人机交互与感知、图像引导微创手术机器人系统等领域的前沿学术研究，尤其是基于大数据的脑科学与认知神经科学等新兴领域近年来热门的、极富挑战性的研究课题，近年来在包括IEEE Transactions on Image Processing、IEEE Transactions on Neural Network and Learning Systems、IEEE Signal Processing Letter等国际顶级期刊上发表了多篇具有影响力的高水平学术论文。&朱青松副研究员&& 查看话题

submitted to our journal （杂志名字）.
& &After the completion of the reviewing process we shall inform you on the
referees` conclusions.
For further correspondence on your paper please use reference no. ********（文章编号）.

之前没有投稿系统，是通过电子信箱投稿的。
我的问题是，After the completion of the reviewing process we shall inform you on the
referees` conclusions. 后面可能缺了一句话，就是拒稿的话。可能是编辑遗漏了。
问题是既然拒稿了，干嘛还给个文章的编号，多此一举！！有没有大牛遇到这种情况，
补充一句话，改电子邮件的主题是acknowledge receipt your paper （杂志名字+文章编号）
是告诉你收到你的文章了，没有拒稿的意思。

审稿后，会把决定告诉你。
