other_injury/drowning/en/index.html ====更新====看到前面有一个回答对溺水的救治有些问题，再写一次溺水救治的原则，经常游泳的人更是一定要知道。 首先不要轻易尝试进行水下人工呼吸，这么做不是浪漫，只有浪。水压作用下根本做不到有效通气，还可增加施救者溺亡的风险。水中施救只适用于极有经验的专业救援人员。大多数情况下，通知专业的急救医务人员后，施救的第一原则就是尽快把溺水人员弄到岸上来。而且应该尽量让溺水者保持直立，减少呕吐和进一步吸入水和胃内容物的风险。最后再说一次，这么救人是完全错误的！水根本控不出来，而且可能导致呕吐物误吸。接下来分为2种情况1.有意识能应答的救援以增强通气为主，主要有专业的医务人员判断进一步的救治措施。2. 无意识不能应答的以A-B-C（开放气道-人工呼吸-胸外按压）的顺序开始进行心肺复苏。（比较特殊，不是2010年后AHA推荐的通用C-A-B顺序）识别情况和施救措施在这篇文章中有详细的说明。更重要的是预防溺水，指南给出以下建议，我把几个重点挑出来：首先提升游泳和救援技巧确保自己安全1.不要独自去游泳2.不要酒后游泳3. 在有安全员的水域游泳4. 从浅水开始，未知水域脚先行5. 别高估自己，量力而为6. 远离激流详细如下，====更多内容，将在 微信公众号：pianjianzhiren（偏见职人）11426 条评论分享收藏感谢收起
