先说说基本情况几个月前230斤 开始励志减肥 纠结了半天 还是跑步吧 得有双鞋吧 听说亚瑟士的不错呢 再看看评论 说是 GT2000 2 合适呢 果断入手了双 跑了差不多几天 脚酸啊 痛啊 坚持坚持吧 脚跟开始痛了 根据病症 应该就是传说中的足跟筋摸炎 从此休息了一段时间 开始每天晚上快走1小时 双11的时候 入手了一双NB 500 终于算知道为什么NB那么受推崇了 穿上走1小时 脚很舒服 感觉前掌和后掌 有个气垫的感觉 又过了段时间 又开始跑了跑 发现可以断断续续跑5KM了 但跑下来 脚后跟又开始痛了 从此 开始查肿么办 据说美津浓预言系列对脚后跟保护不错 缓震不错 又不想再次入坑 去闲鱼 找到个卖家 谈好了 合适就确认 不合适 我出双边邮费 &到手后 还是一样酸痛........................冥冥中感觉我要注定是个大胖纸了 不行 我不能认命 经过N*河蟹*0的好感 开始瞄准 NB的鞋子 890 980之类的&但是! 主角登场 最后看中了&阿迪 response boost tech 大不了再给双边邮费嘛拿到手了 就去鉴定区 鉴定是真货 &好了 正式开始说说我的感觉1. 上脚后 感觉鞋子真的偏小 幸好买大了半码&2. 软! 真心软! 传说亚瑟士会给你踩屎感 这真的是传说 这双boost才是真的 走起路来能明显感觉前掌 后跟 的柔软和反弹3.跑步 缓震性能那是妥妥的 是我目前穿过 跑过鞋子里面最舒服的这是今天断断续续跑的 这5KM下来 脚 尤其是后跟 根本不痛 我最烦恼的问题 解决了 有人说 boost下雨天不行 今天也赶巧 大概半小时后 就开始下小雨了 但我感觉完全没什么影响 &还有请原谅这个胖子的跑步速度好么?我现在完全感觉心满意足了 等瘦到180了 再入手一双阿迪的鞋子了&第一次写这种测试帖子 也不知道说什么好 反正就是感觉这鞋子 我太满意了&PS. 谁来收了我的亚瑟士 GT.5码&

目前感觉还好 膝盖什么的 没有任何异常
年轻就可以跑，三十岁之后建议快走

膝盖损伤是一个长时间的过程，等开始疼已经晚了，只是给你个建议
。。。同为胖子路过，不过没有楼主吨位高，我还要继续努力！

同意！！！结实把体重减下来，230的体重膝盖坚持不了多久，确实到190以下再考虑每天5-7km的跑步，控体重
