拇外翻是一种常见疾病,发病原因尚不能完全确定,也常被认为是中老年高发的疾病,然而近年来,越来越多的年轻人,尤其是一些在工作中需要穿高跟鞋的女白领,成了这疾病的新宠。
拇外翻是较为常见的疾患之一,脚趾第二跖骨向外侧偏移超过15度,就成为拇外翻了。现在能确定的发病原因有很多,比如遗传、足弓塌陷等,但是人们普遍认为拇外翻与穿高跟鞋有关系,那么拇外翻与高跟鞋有关系吗?到底有多大关系呢?
其实拇外翻与高跟鞋没多大关系,原因是拇外翻的发病在于足部趾骨排列不规律,也就是横弓塌陷,或是韧带等组织松弛,或者拇囊炎症所导致的。这样说这么多年我们对高跟鞋都有所冤枉了。
拇外翻与高跟鞋有关系,是因为,高跟鞋由于受力的原因,身体前倾,高跟鞋的前掌内部狭窄,所以在原有拇外翻形成的原因尚,加速了拇外翻的形成,如此说高跟鞋与拇外翻还是有关系的,但是并不是直接的关系,最多也就是个帮凶吧。因为家族遗传,不合适自己脚的鞋子,风湿、类风湿、炎症才可能是拇外翻的主要病因。
将拇外翻扼杀在摇篮里,关键在于:
1.支撑足弓
足弓对拇外翻其实尤为重要,所以支撑足弓,恢复趾骨的排列顺序,足底环境健康了,跖骨向外倾斜的可能性就没有了。
2.按摩足部
时常做个足底按摩,泡泡脚,可以有效缓解足部的疲劳,韧带及组织的活力会随之而得到改善,疲劳了一天的脚得到应有的放松,所以会减少拇外翻发病的几率。
3.少穿高跟鞋
高跟鞋,毕竟也是跟拇外翻有关系的,所以尽量不穿高跟鞋,如果非穿不可,也必须有节制,脚一旦不舒服,就一定要脱鞋休息一下,而且每天必须做脚步锻炼的放松。
4.正确穿鞋
平常我们正确的穿鞋方式应该是穿有2厘米左右跟的低跟鞋,这样的鞋既有利于足弓的形成和抗震荡能力,又可限制过度的转向活动,增加活动的稳定性。就像我们在为女性做踝关节融合术时,常将足放在1100左右的位置。但鞋跟也不能太高;据研究,当鞋跟超过六厘米时,脚尖将承受整个身体体重的2/3, 同时也改变了下肢、骨盆、腰椎的力线及承重方式,不能减轻平常足弓可抵消的行走跳跃带来的冲击,还会造成稳定性下降,易扭伤易跌倒。因此,建议穿3-4厘米的高跟鞋。
