天津海河教育园区简介
　　海河教育园区位于天津市中心城区和滨海新区之间的海河中游南岸，规划面积37平方公里，北至天津大道，南至津港公路，西至规划的蓟汕联络线，东至津南区西外环。规划办学规模20万人，居住人口10万人，社会培训30万人次。
　　园区定位为我国职业教育改革创新示范区、天津市高端科技研发创新示范区、海河南岸生态宜居示范社区。规划建设海河教育园区，是天津市委、市政府作出的一项重要决策，是实施科教兴市和人才强市战略的重大举措，是落实&双城双港、相向拓展&城市总体发展战略的支撑点，是整合职业教育资源，形成教育高水平聚集发展的高地。
　　园区整体形成&一廊两翼&的规划布局，&一廊&是指中央生态绿廊，长10公里，宽800-1200米，总占地8平方公里。&两翼&是指绿廊两侧摆放院校、住宅及配套设施。
　　园区分三期建设，一期为高职园，规划面积10平方公里，其中学校占地7平方公里。2009年6月底开工，到2011年4月初，7所院校建成开学，6.5万师生入住新校区。共建成116栋单体建筑，总建筑面积133万平方米，总绿化面积530万平方米。
　　一期入驻的院校为：轻工职业技术学院、现代职业技术学院、机电工业学校、中德职业技术学院、电子信息职业技术学院、仪表无线电工业学校、海运职业学院，其中仪表无线电工业学校和机电工业学校为中职，其余5所为高职。一期7所职业院校共整合了天津市14所职业院校。
　　园区一期还规划建设了文化中心和体育中心。目前园区文化中心已建成并投入使用，包括公共图书馆、职业教育国际交流中心(海河文华大酒店)、园区管理中心。
　　公共图书馆作为天津市图书馆在园区设立的分馆，建筑面积3.2万平方米，总坐席2300余人，设计日接待能力6000人次，总藏书量约100万册。
　　职业教育国际交流中心(海河文华大酒店)建筑面积6.3万平方米，管理中心建筑面积2.1万平方米。
　　体育中心包括公共实训中心、体育场、体育馆和游泳馆。总建筑面积7.1万平方米的公共实训中心已建成投入使用。全国职业院校技能大赛永久落户园区，2011年全国职业院校技能大赛部分比赛项目和闭幕式在这里举行。体育场建筑面积4.6万平方米，设有3万个固定坐席。体育馆建筑面积2.7万平方米，游泳馆1.5万平方米。2012年的全国大学生运动会和2013年的东亚运动会两大体育盛会将在这里举行。
　　二期为高教园，规划面积14.2平方公里。将规划建设南开大学、天津大学新校区和青年职业学院、铁道职业学院、商务职业学院三所职业院校，以及天津广播电视大学、科技之家、市委党校，并规划建设总部经济区和科研项目转化区。南开大学、天津大学作为教育部直属综合性知名高等学府，新校区将于2011年9月启动建设，预计2013年秋季投入使用。三所职业院校和科技之家将于今年10月底前开工。
　　三期为高研园，规划面积12.8平方公里。将依托南开大学、天津大学的智力资源和科研力量，大力发展总部经济、研发孵化、科技成果转化等高端产业。
　　作为目前唯一一个国家级职业教育改革创新示范区，海河教育园区按照&统一规划、集中办学、集约发展&的思路，整合优化配置职业教育资源，在各职业院校之间实行教师互聘、课程互选、学分互认、资源共享、设备共用，不断拓展专业方向，努力创新培训方式，全面提升教学水平，为滨海新区开发开放和天津市经济社会又好又快发展以及西部大开发提供人才保证和智力支撑！
　　　A Brief Introduction of Tianjin Haihe Education Park
　　　Haihe Education Park has a planning area of 37 km2 and is located on the south bank in the middle reaches of Haihe River between the downtown of Tianjin and Binhai New Area, with its north to Tianjin Avenue, south to Jingang Road, west to planned connecting line of Jishan and east to west outer ring in Jinnan District. Haihe Education Park has planned a population scale of 200,000 for schooling, 100,000 residents and 300,000 for social training.
　　The Park is positioned as a demonstration area of vocational education reform and innovation in China, of high-end technology R & D innovation in Tianjin and an ecological & livable demonstration community on the south bank of Haihe River. As an important decision made by Tianjin Municipal Committee and Government and a major initiative of significance in implementing the strategy of rejuvenating this city through science and education and of reinvigorating this city through human resource development, the planning and construction of Haihe Education Park is a point of support in implementing the strategy of overall urban development of &Twin downtowns and twin ports, Expanding in opposite direction& as well as a piece of highland where vocational educational resources are integrated to form concentrated high-level development of education.
　　A planned layout of &a corridor embedded into bilateral areas& has formed in the Park, in which the &corridor& refers to the central ecological green corridor, 10 km in length and 800-1000 m in width, covering a total area of 8 km2, and the &bilateral areas& refer to campuses, residential buildings and auxiliary facilities on the two sides of the corridor.
　　The Park will be constructed in three phases. Phase Ⅰ is the Park of Higher Vocational Colleges, with a planning area of 10 km2, including campus area of 7 km2. From its commencement of construction in June, 2009, to the early April, 2011, 7 colleges has been completed in construction and put into schooling, and 65,000 teaching faculties and students have moved into the new campus. Totally 116 independent buildings has been constructed, with total construction area of 1.33 million m2 and total green coverage of 5.30 million m2.
　　The following colleges have been settled in PhaseⅠ: Light Industry Vocational and Technical College, Modern Vocational and Technical College, Technical School of Mechanics and Electronics, Sino-German Vocational and Technical College, Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College and Technical School of Instruments and Radio and Marine Vocational College, among which Technical School of Instruments and Radio and Technical School of Mechanics and Electronics are secondary vocational schools and the remaining 5 are higher vocational colleges. These 7 vocational schools in PhaseⅠare a result of integrating totally 14 vocational schools in Tianjin.
　　PhaseⅠof the Park also plans to build a cultural center and a sports center. So far, the cultural center of the Park has been established and put into use, including a public library, International Exchange Center of Vocational Education (Haihe River Wenhua Hotel) and a Management Center of the Park.
　　The public library serves as a branch library of Library of Tianjin located in the park, with construction area of 32,000 m2, total seats of more than 2,300 people and designed daily accommodation capacity of 6,000 people and a total of about one million books in collection.
　　International Exchange Center of Vocational Education (Haihe River Wenhua Hotel) has a construction area of 63,000 m2 and Management Center of 21,000 m2.
　　The Sports Center consists of a public training center, a stadium, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The public training center, covering a total construction area of 71,000 m2, has been put into operation. Besides, the Park will be permanently entitled to the National Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges, and part of events and the closing ceremony of 2011 National Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges took place here. The stadium, with construction area of 46,000 m2, is equipped with 30,000 fixed seats. The gymnasium covers construction area of 27,000 m2 and the swimming pool of 15,000 m2. Two grand sports events of 2012 National University Games and 2013 East Asian Games will be held here.
　　Phase Ⅱ is Higher Education Park, with planning area of 14.2 km2, where new campuses of Nankai University and Tianjin University, three vocational schools, namely, Youth Vocational College, Railway Vocational College and Business Vocational College, as well as Tianjin University of Television and Radio Broadcasting, Home of Technology and Party School of Municipal Committee are planned to be constructed, along with Headquarters Economic Zone and Transformation Zone of Scientific Research Projects. As renowned and comprehensive universities of higher education directly under the administration of Ministry of Education, Nankai University and Tianjin University will start to construct their new campuses in Sep. 2011, which are estimated to be put into use in the autumn of 2013. Three vocational schools and Home of Technology will be started for construction before the end of October this year.
　　Phase Ⅲ is the Park of High & New Technology Research, with planning area of 12.8 km2, which will rely on intellectual resources and scientific research efforts from Nankai University and Tianjin University, endeavoring to develop high-end industries such as headquarters economy, R & D in incubation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
　　As the only state-level demonstration area of vocational education reform and innovation, Haihe Education Park adheres to the philosophy of &unified planning, centralized schooling and intensive development& and integrates and optimizes the arrangement of vocational education resources, to be specific, shared teachers and course selection, credit recognition and resources and equipments are accessible to all vocational schools in the Park, in an aim to continuously expand professional orientations, to innovate training methods and to raise the overall standard of teaching, thus providing talents guarantee and intellectual support for the development and opening up of Binhai New Area, sound and rapid economic and social development of Tianjin and scale development of the western region！
