We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic marketing professional to join XJTLU’s marketing and communication team, focusing on International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at XJLTU and based in IBSS.& The Marketing Manager will work closely with University Marketing and Communication and colleagues throughout IBSS (“the School”) and the University to develop and implement innovative strategies and initiatives that will achieve the growth and reputational objectives of the School.& The ideal candidate is both strategic and “hands-on,” ready to roll up his/her sleeves to get project work completed to impeccable standards.& The incumbent is well-grounded in marketing best practices, has extensive experience in leading multi-cultural marketing initiatives, leads effectively through influence, and has passion for education and international engagement.

·Develop and implement marketing and communication plans and programmes to support IBSS degree programs, executive/open education, research, corporate engagement an establish appropriate key performance indicators and mea
·Develop and maintain IBSS’ image, brand, identity and profile, working closely with UMC and taking into account XJTLU’s overall brand positioning and IBSS’ competitive positioning among p
·Contribute to student recruitment strategy and ensure that it feeds into the School’s planning and budgeting, marketing, student number and programm
·Collaborate with IBSS Recruitment Manager, ISRS and student admissions to co-develop the recruitment fair and school visiting programme, to &prepare bespoke campaign material ahead of attending educational fairs and &to evaluate fairs for future inclus
·Oversee and/or implement a variety of market research initiatives including information/marketing intelligence on the markets in which the School operates, competitive intelligence, etc.;
·Develop and administer IBSS’ customer relationship marketing database (CRM) which includes client and prospective client information, mailing list applications, event registration, reports, etc., coordinating closely with colleagues throughout the U
·Work extensively with colleagues throughout the School to develop content, stories, and other material for websites, brochures, content marketing initiatives, campaigns, newsletters, etc.;

Requirements
