瘦脸针注射的效果并不是永久的，通常在三到六个月之后治疗效果会慢慢消失，没有持续打的话就会慢慢恢复原样的。脸部出现左右大小不一样，那是药效逐步消失的症状，建议到医院检查脸部肌肉情况再做治疗。
