OmniBond(TM)
A unique dry concrete additive
that exhibits great tensile, shear and compressive strength
used to bond and coat masonry construction.
OmniBond is an innovative-patented product developed in the United States that is a DRY Concentrated
Polymer A it is a unique dry concrete additive that
exhibits great tensile, shear, and compressive strength in excess
of 8,000 psi. when combined with water sand and Portland
Cement. As a high strength grout-mortar mixture, OmniBond is
used for constructing both load and non-load bearing walls,
allowing architects and engineers increased design freedom.
Additionally, OmniBond is used as a surface coating for both
interior and exterior walls, serving as both protective waterproof coating and texture. It is a hypoallergenic product, prevents algae
and fungus buildup. OmniBond(TM) is the key Ingredient is the production of Omnicrete (light
weight concrete mixture. OmniBond(TM) is water based, so clean up is easy. It is fire-rated
and freeze/thaw durable.
Requirements to build a structure:
OmniBond, Cement, Sand, EPS. & Rebar
Adheres to most porous surfaces:
Masonry, concrete, pavers, EPS foam, wood, gypsum products,
and itself.
Compressive Strength:
Independently tested with results exceeding 8,500 PSI in
accordance with ASTM Standards.
Waterproof:
Low absorption qualities of less than 0.083 percent in accordance withASTMC-216. Ideal solution for surface bonding, damp-proofing
or waterproofing for both interior and exterior applications.
