广安门那边有家综合格斗防身术场馆，我大三学生，正在学。都是教很现实生活中很实际的东西，没有那么多花架子，套路什么的。他们那里的亮点是 krav maga 和 柔术。你可以借鉴借鉴。名字好像叫 龙星武跃 百度搜一下就能找到。

怎么说呢，两个项目锻炼身体都没问题，跆拳道的话主要以腿法为主，对于你来说还是个不错的选择，毕竟身材适合。防身的话就得看在那学了，道馆的话，遇见好教练的话还不错，如果相反，两年以后再考虑防身。
我是专业教练，我可以告诉你。女子防身术以擒拿为基础的，跆拳道出自韩国，以腿功为主。所以跆拳道要学习，先练压腿和劈叉，很痛苦的，尤其14岁以后更是痛苦，你可要考虑好了没，但跆拳道可以磨练一个人的意志；而女子防身术，没什么基本功，不用压腿，基本以擒拿为主，简单实用，学会了可以对付一两个流氓。你同学打不过你，是因为她没认真打，或没使全力，因为跆拳道是把武德作为第一训练目标的，而不是交你用去打架，所以你朋友没用尽全力。
---至于你想学哪个，看你肯不肯吃苦了，不怕吃苦就学跆拳道，怕吃苦就学女子防身术。总之，告诉你一点，学哪个对你都有用的，起码你可以不怕一个人走夜路了，对吧。就说这么多了，望你自己选择，最后送你一句话“学无止境，祝你成功！”
