竞争日渐激烈，价格日渐拉高，商铺也通过挑高、赠送等方式大打性价比。近日，中海国际购物公园、协信中心、隆鑫·九熙拾锦的商铺不仅打出6米层高，竟还有买一层得三层，层高共达9米；赠送商业外廊、超大露台、下沉庭院等诱人的大赠送空间。一方面商铺售价高企、开发商为快速回笼资金纷纷推出商铺造成市面上同类产品的竞争压力大，另一方面开发商不愿意拉低价格，试图通过高赠送提升商铺性价比、有效吸引客户下单成为流行方式。
挑高9米，买一层得三层
协信中心即将上市的商铺特点明确，买一层得三层，层高可达9米！成都商报记者在协信中心看到，项目一整条独立的商业街一层商铺均能满足这一标准。协信中心相关负责人介绍，这种商铺挑高6米，收房后可隔成上下两层，同时还赠送一层地下室，层高也是3米，加起来达到9米。
中海国际购物公园、隆鑫·九熙拾锦的商铺挑高6米，打出买一层得一层的概念，这种商铺近年来交房正在使用的十分常见，使用者反响比较好。
刚刚在科华路金英汇租了一间挑高6米高铺做餐饮的王先生介绍，一间120平方米的商铺简单隔了一下，实得200平方米，月租金24000元，如果租一个200平方米的3层高商铺，他需要支付40000元/月的租金，这样算下来，开店的成本要节约不少。“以前有的商铺是挑高5.6米，隔了之后，一楼层高得到保障，但二楼会非常压抑，现在很多商铺层高都是6米，很好用。”王先生说，这间铺当时的销售单价是4万元/平方米，总价480万元，目前年收益是28.8万元，第一年回报率达到6%，符合商铺投资的正常回报。
大赠送，大幅增加使用率
中海国际购物公园二期商铺除了挑高空间外，二层还有3.9米商业外廊，部分商铺有最大300平方米露台，有的特色铺面买一间还赠送380平方米空中合院。协信中心二楼商铺同样有走廊赠送，部分还有超大面积的空中花园，对于想开茶楼的客户具有极大诱惑力。
中海地产相关负责人认为，赠送空间对于商铺而言非常重要，一是可以大幅增加经营面积及经营使用率，带来更大的财富；再者有了硬件上的支撑，对于商业业态也有升级提升作用。协信中心负责人说：“赠送的面积都很好用，无论是空中花园，还是一层赠送的地下室以及室外长达12米的花园，都很方正，客户可按照自己的规划扩展营业面积。如果算一笔细账，赠送空间的最大化使用，足以拉低商铺的购买成本，得到更高的租金、营业额回报。”

　　早有人讲过：“生活中不是缺少美，而是缺少发现。”的确，即便是我们每天都生活在其中的都会，也仍然有很多耐人寻味的美好地方，安静地等待有缘人的眼光去发现、去感受，那些不经意之处，总让人潸然心动、心生惊喜。
　　在高楼里习飞天瑜伽
　　故事缘于祖儿的一次出差，原本平淡无奇的行程因为偶遇了空中瑜伽而变得闪闪发光，那宛如“飞天”一般的收放自如与优雅瞬间吸引了祖儿，顿生将其带回广州的想法并付诸实践。
　　于是，广州有了这样一间“空中”瑜伽馆，藏身于珠江新城保利大厦的18楼，很有点大隐于市的意味。
　　推开“祖儿四十二度瑜伽”的门，淡蓝、米黄的墙壁让人感觉心灵的安然，绿色小盆栽配合着设计感极强的地板以及有如梦幻般的星星顶灯更令人心生愉悦。休息室里舒适的沙发是专门为运动过后的你而准备的，泡一杯热茶，翻一下藏书，身心的放松是岁月静好的惬意。
　　所谓空中瑜伽，最主要的区别在于需要借助一条彩色吊绳，所有动作都在空中完成。绳离地面约1米高，在专业老师的指导下，借力完成的瑜伽体式反而相对于地面显得更容易，特别是对经常面对电脑做案头工作的“桌面一族”，对肩、颈、腰、背的练习很有针对性。
　　传统瑜伽，如倒立这样的动作，对大部分初学者而言可能完成起来比较困难，且容易伤到肩、颈椎等部位，但空中瑜伽不仅能轻松倒起来，经过几堂课的练习，一些更加难的动作如“倒挂金钩”、“蝙蝠式飞翔”也会相对容易完成，并且可带来自然的脊柱牵引效果，恢复劳损脊椎。
　　想体验“飞翔”的感觉，“空中”瑜伽会有惊喜。
　　在杂货铺喝咖啡
　　穿过杂乱无章的艺苑南路是一件非常劳心劳力的事，因为人多、车多、路窄，两边的小吃店、小卖部还喜欢将各种推车、简易柜台等物摆在门口，即便是非高峰时间，想要通过这条路也可以视为一项挑战。
　　然而在挑战之后终究会有惊喜，当你进入一个名叫“布衣港创意园”的大院之后，左侧保安亭旁边那有着落地玻璃窗的空间就是这惊喜之所在，它的名字叫“未必”——取英文“Maybe”的谐音，有着自己的态度及内涵——生活镜像，未必真相；你可以这样，也可以那样；未必是你，未必是我……
　　这是一间骤眼看上去很像“杂货铺”的地方，两位主人都跟艺术有些缘分，一位是影视广告导演姚导，一位是“半路出家”的时装设计师张咪，架子上那些棉麻质地的个性服装就出自她手，空气中弥漫的咖啡香及烟斗香一半来自咖啡本身，一半来自导演手中的烟斗。而门口一面墙上那锈迹斑斑的铁器装饰物是服装机器设备上的部件，带着一股淡淡的“沧桑”在阳光的沐浴中诠释岁月静好。
　　开这样一个地方对这两位来说既是偶然，也是水到渠成。“布衣港创意园”主要是摄影棚工作室居多，姚导自己的工作室就在对面楼上，张咪则是此前做布料这一行，这里的层高够高被她用来当仓库，所以“未必”这个名字既是“杂货铺”的名称也是她服装的品牌，因为长得比较符合自己的设计风格，所以连请模特的钱都省了，头发自己做、妆自己化，然后就安安静静地出现在镜头里，颇有味道……
　　然后，他们就想有一个类似“会客厅”似的地方，恰好楼下这地方空置，也符合他们弄个舒服小窝跟朋友聊天吹水、乐享人生的宗旨，就出手了，然后按喜好搞成了如今这种复古怀旧的“杂货铺”调调。
　　这里暂时没有吃的东西，喝的只有咖啡或果汁，咖啡师是曾经飘过丽江的小帅哥，经常被人视为“身边暖男”，据说他很善于察言观色，能从蛛丝马迹的细节中判断人的心情(有点神)，然后会在帮你做的那杯咖啡中搞搞新意思，比方拉个搞笑趣致的花样为博你开心一笑之类，非常贴心。
　　最舒服的事情莫过于阳光温暖的午后，懒洋洋猫在沙发里，喝一口咖啡，发一会小呆，隔壁街上的车水马龙和城中村似的嘈杂直接被屏蔽，在这样一个小小的角落里静守着属于自己的镜像，未必是真相，也未必不是真相。
