2014年 IETE technical review 还是SCI期刊么
投了一篇已经一个多月了，还在审稿中，web of science 里面查不到2014年IETE technical review的文章，不知道是不是被SCI给踢除了，有没知道详情的出来告知一下，或者投过的对审稿时间，流程比较熟悉的介绍一下，非常感激
